If I could give a zero I definitely would because this used to be the best Baskin-Robbins when the other gentleman Steve owned it, but it has gone down the tubes with this owner. They are always out of ice cream and we have gotten ice cream with freezer burn. How?? I can’t believe an ice cream place like BR would even be out of vanilla ice cream and then they can’t make malts because they’re out of malt. One time out of milk to even make shakes. Every time my husband has gone he’s had to call me to tell me they’re out of stuff. There have been times where he’s asked them to make something and they don’t know how to make it. Somebody probably bought this franchise not knowing what the heck they are doing and have run it into the ground. Again, how do you run out of vanilla ice cream? Whoever does their buying does not know how to buy for an ice cream place. You don’t buy the minimum.Oh, by way, the customer service is horrible.

I decided to purchase my sister lemon custard ice cream for her milestone birthday from this location as this is her favorite ice cream…Although the ice cream was purchased several days after her birthday, she was very pleased with it. The staff who served me at this was very pleasant, and it was also very clean here….

Zero stars! You absolutely canNOT accept the business of making cakes for customers' very important occasions if you can't deliver on orders. I am beyond disappointed. I ordered a cake for a birthday and arrived to pick it up at the designated time, but they did not have it. They hadn't made it. They offered me a bigger size of a different cake or a refund. I told them I could come back the next day so they could make the one I ordered and was told the owner wouldn't be in until Monday, apparently the only one who can do anything. Customers don't want a cake different from what they ordered (a special birthday request) nor a refund and no cake to take home. Neither of those are acceptable remediation. You must deliver the right order every time. I don't understand why businesses like this react with haphazard shrugs when they don't deliver for special orders. I will NEVER order from here again. Buyer beware.

Each time my family and I have been here, we have the same cashier/person who makes our cappuccinos, or ice cream. His name is Chandu! He is so pleasant, and professional, and somehow has remembered everything we get after the first time we came in! Best Baskin Robbin’s employee at this location! Definitely deserves a raise!

I woke up in the morning starving, so I ordered food and delivered it from this store, at 12:15 pm on Tuesday. They said I will get my food in half an hour ? , but my order hasn't arrived today?. I will soon die of hunger, bye
I ordered a milkshake and I told told the cashier I wanted it thick but when I received the milkshake it was watery and I was told I had to pay for extra ice cream to get it thick I asked for the corporate number I was told it wasn't one she said she was the manager I could only talk to her she was rude

Ordered my daughters birthday cake Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday. When I walked in I was greeted by both young ladies at the registers and my cake was beautiful. She opened the box and showed it to me, it was beautiful. She made sure I knew to take it out before cutting and serving. Great customer service and product.
