If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible service. Ordered a cake online and they “never” got my order yet it was charged instantly. Couldn’t even offer to make me one on the spot. Will take my service and money else where.

I ordered a milkshake and I told told the cashier I wanted it thick but when I received the milkshake it was watery and I was told I had to pay for extra ice cream to get it thick I asked for the corporate number I was told it wasn't one she said she was the manager I could only talk to her she was rude

Ordered my daughters birthday cake Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday. When I walked in I was greeted by both young ladies at the registers and my cake was beautiful. She opened the box and showed it to me, it was beautiful. She made sure I knew to take it out before cutting and serving. Great customer service and product.

Good place and clean also pro tip most of the negative comments talking about rude staff and owner are false they are all respectful and quick the people who have had bad encounters with staff were most likely rude to the girls ive seen it first hand some customers come into the store and treat and talk to the staff horribly and any way they want

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. Their waffle cups are delicious cause you can mix up your different scoops, mine are black walnut pistachio Almond and butter pecan.I honestly don't pay attention to the girls an their whatever it is they got going, the service is quick, I give them my credit card and I'm off . Granted, I'd love to go inside and ? at my favorite ice cream??.Anywho, keep it scoopin.
