We went this saturday. We got the same bartender/waitress we had before, she always takes care of us. I had popcorn crawfish and fries and took some bread pudding home to go. Always have great time, both of the parking lots was over flowing, filled to capacity. It was crowded and became packed by the time we departed from bayou.
Food was delicious, bread pudding I ate at home us very addictive.
The bartender is always on your job and she brings great energy too.
The sweet tea was great.
O wish the crayfish tails was bigger, next time, ill get crab cakes, all in all. We had a great experience, we'll return.

First time visiting. It was pretty cool. The bartender was very funny and nice. I remember her name.

I really wanted to like this place, but our visit was disappointing. The pasta was awful — truly not edible — and when we tried to talk to the manager, we were told they don’t refund or remake orders anymore. That policy makes zero sense for a restaurant that wants repeat customers. Sadly, we won’t be back.

If you enjoy paying for food you can’t eat and being told “that’s our new policy,” this is your spot. The pasta was disgusting — we all tried a bite and couldn’t believe how bad it was. When we asked for a refund or even a replacement, the manager basically shrugged. Total waste of money and a terrible way to treat customers.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Bayou Memphis. Someone in our party ordered the pasta and it was honestly inedible — the flavor and texture were terrible. When we politely brought it to the manager’s attention, we were told they have a “new policy” and they refused to replace or refund it. For a restaurant that prides itself on Southern hospitality, this was such a letdown. Poor customer service and even worse food — won’t be returning.

Our experience was terrible. New management switched menu items, that were pour choices. The drinks overly sweet. When our order arrived it was overcooked and unseasoned. How when this is a Cajun restaurant!! The table was sticky and wobbly. The server was not friendly. Manager came around but offered only excuses but no resolution.

Everything tastes like SYSCO made it. Red beans watery and undercooked. The pic below is supposed to be mashed potatoes. Decent drinks though. I'll never return.

First off, the service was perfect. Our waitress Patty was sweet, & very knowledgeable of the menu. She would always come by at the perfect time, without disappearing or being overbearing.

The atmosphere was great too. It wasn’t super loud, which I personally appreciated after a long day. They also had a ton of TV screens, so we got to watch Thursday Night Football and a little baseball at the same time. No matter where you sit, you’ve got a view of the games.

Now for the food. Y’all. EVERYTHING was good. My husband got the Cajun Catfish dinner with dirty rice and “voodoo corn” (10/10). It was generously portioned, and a steak size cut of catfish. I got “The N’awlins” sandwich and was is slap your momma good. The sauce on it is delicious. They sell the sauce in the front, which we made sure to not leave without. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned.

We will absolutely be back.

I had the crawfish basket with Cole slaw. It was good. also had a frozen Hand Grenade, it tasted mostly like alcohol . For desert I had biegnets, however they tasted as if they were fried in same oil as the seafood or chicken. I could be wrong but it sure tasted like it. I would not order them again. I would come back for food and something else to drink.
