My hubby and I came in on a busy Saturday night recently for date night. I met Malika and she seemed to be by herself and no one was helping her but she handled it like a pro ! She was so pleasant and acknowledged every guest ! The drinks were fire 🔥 good enough for me to write a review because usually I don’t. I’ve been to many places for social drinks and date nights but this was hands down the best experience by far! Will be back soon !

I had the best experience! I went here for a night out with some friends, I’m originally from Southern California so I’ve been looking for fun things to do in Memphis. This place was really pleasant but my bartender Malika was easily the BEST PART of my visit. She was warm and friendly, made great drinks, and her service was quick! The ladies and I hardly waited in between drinks! We will definitely be back to see our girl Malika with a few more friends!

I'm glad I read the reviews before taking my out of town guests here. I don't want to be embarrassed by bad service. It's a shame they seem to have lazy service because the place looks as if it has great potential.

I cannot wait to visit Beck and Call rooftop bar again. I went alone on a night they were already extremely busy. Malika greeted me immediately and made sure to make me a drink that fit exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. The views are already incredible, but having a bartender who listens, pays attention, is attentive, and constantly checks on you to make sure you are enjoying yourself makes this stop a must! Next time i will be sure to bring all of my friends because it was such an amazing experience! Great service & drinks are hard to find in memphis & im glad i found my spot & my bartender.

Went here for high school class reunion one weekend. It has the potential for a very cool atmosphere with lots of diverse sitting options both inside & outside. Great place to watch fireworks set from Mud Island! However, service was terrible. Two people (only sometimes a third because of breaks) were working on a Saturday night in May. And I'll give the pass to them, the bartenders were also running food & bussing glassware. While I waited to order, heard one say that they were out of martini glasses bc they had built up on the tables. Management should be ashamed for setting those folks up for failure like that.

I highly recommend Malika, the bartender! She was incredibly skilled at making drinks, and the ones she prepared for me were delicious and expertly crafted. She clearly knows her craft and has a great palate. Her attention to detail made for a truly enjoyable experience! I just came in town for a quick visit for all the festivals and it was totally unplanned but I’m so glad I did because of my experience and the great service I received. I travel a lot and I know what a great bartender is and she was absolutely superb!

If you’re looking for amazing service and expertly crafted drinks, Ryan is the bartender you want! I recently visited on October 26, and Ryan handled the entire bar practically on his own. Despite having two other bartenders there who didn’t step in to help, Ryan managed everything like a true pro, seamlessly making drinks for a full bar without skipping a beat. I ordered a few drinks throughout the evening, and each one was perfectly mixed, with great attention to detail. Ryan’s skill behind the bar was obvious—he’s got an impressive pace and knows exactly what he’s doing. The level of service he provided and his ability to manage everything on his own set him apart. I’ll definitely be back, and it’s all thanks to Ryan’s excellent service and incredible work ethic. Cheers to him!

Great place but some of the worst service. Not enough workers, no one came to serve us and when they did got the orders wrong. The place is a great place to see the Ms river and the bridge but they need to up the service.
