Belltower Coffee at Highland

Belltower at Shelby Farms was so kind to let us use their outdoor space for my sister’s get-together right after she got engaged! Claire, the manager, was extremely helpful, involved, and considerate. The catered charcuterie cups were delicious. And the outdoor set up they let us decorate made the finishing touches give it an outdoor bridal shower feel. It was truly a special event, and Belltower worked with us every step of the way to make it just that.

Slowest cooks/food preps ever!!!! If you order any thing that has to be cooked you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes. Just waited 30 minutes for my coffee and a sausage biscuit

Came here Sunday morning for coffee and breakfast. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. My London Fog (‘Lavender Haze’ on their menu) was decent, but my husband’s seasonal drink had hardly any peppermint flavor and way too much milk. Our food, two avocado toasts, one with an egg and one without, took over 30 minutes and had maybe 1/4 of an avocado each. When I asked about the delay, I was told that DoorDash orders were the priority at that moment and that our food would be out shortly. I totally get that brunch isn’t a necessity, but the quality and amount of food received wasn’t worth it and we likely won’t be back.

Horrible Experience. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly but when it comes down to actually getting what you are going in there for it is very lacking. First, I ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich to go. The latte came out in a mug but I needed it to go so they poured it into a to go cup. Unfortunately this resulted in me getting like 7oz of coffee. Then I waited 30 minutes for my food. My friend and i waited an additional 15 minutes for his food but it never came and we were now late for work at this point and no choice but to abandon his food. The place is really nice but at the end of the day I'm there to get my coffee and food in a reasonable amount of time and therefore I cannot recommend it.

I love the vibes at Belltower Coffee. Whether I'm working or relaxing, by myself or with friends, it always feels just right. The drink and food is delicious as well! They are on the Tennessee Kids Belong foster friendly App, which makes me happy to recommend them to all my friends who are fostering!

I really like the atmosphere here, relaxed and chill, and the proximity to UofM campus. Its a great place to come with friends and/or to study. Food and drinks are good. I got an excellent iced strawberry-green tea this last time. I've gotten food here prior (avocado toast with an egg) that was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu at future visits.

Belltower is the perfect place to grab a coffee and relax while doing some homework (not to mention it’s within walking distance from U of M!) Huge thanks to the barista for the cute drawing and great service! Not pictured, but I got the avocado toast with an egg and it was delicious!

It took them 40 minutes to give me my take out order. I kept having to remind them and one lady was really rude.

The staff is wonderful and the coffee was delicious! FYI for management that I witnessed a customer be incredibly rude to the cashier at 9:55 this morning, complaining about the wait time and ranting on and on about their lack of communication because she waited too long about a bagel. I was appalled by the customers behavior and the woman behind the counter was incredibly patient and kind and handled it very well.

I will have to give a 3 star simply because of the portion difference between to-go orders and dine in , i would say it is significantly smaller when you get it to-go even though you are paying the same price. On the bright side, Enjer was so kind with listening to my concerns and agreed with me on the portions and instead put my food in a box that would be more equivalent to what I would eat if i was sitting down. Thank you Enjer for going aboive and beyond! I hope the store takes this into account that people would like to receive the same portions of food that they get as if they were seated.
