I've been there a couple of times prior to today. But today at lunchtime I ordered (2) 7piece fish plates; the fish was cooked too hard with old grease. Totally disappointed this time

Check your orders!!!! They charge extra for onions rings but when you get your order home you won't have fries or onions rings!!!

Shame on me for trusting them multiple times; guess this is a normal occurrence with them. A SHAME FROM ONE OF OUR OWN!!!

On March 14, 2025 arrived at location at 6:20. Entered building got in line. Cashier looked at me and said we are closed but took the man that was in front of me order. Sign says they close at 6:45. I think this is very unprofessional business practice.

I use to love this place and rarely visit Whitehaven and decided to stop here but last night was the worst!! I ordered a 30 piece wings and fries and a caramel cake first of all the cakes use to be homemade but this cake was store bought from cash savers because I’ve seen them there before and my wings were so disgusting my family never complain about wings but these were so bad I’m really upset that I spent over 70 dollars on this mess!!

They don't honor when they make a mistake and cost too much for them too give you what you order how can I bring it back if it's the night before I and I have to go too work went too lunch remind you that I ordered a five-piece dinner and when I open up my box for lunch I had a three-piece and I couldn't get a refund or get what I paid for they told me I had to have my box how can I have the box in this tonight before check your food cause it some dumb ass cook in the back so what that tells you about management

The best kept secret in Memphis! We had the catfish basket combos, plus we got a piece of banana cake and strawberry cake. Excellent choices... the cakes were so moist and perfectly flavored. There were not too many people dining in, but there were lots of people getting their orders to go. We will be going back!

I arrived here at 5:09 just left at 6:30 just to get two plates of old cold food i asked for crispy not hard an unable to eat cashier was rude with nasty attitude she didn't greet just stared at me so I said hello she just looking she called everyone in lobby even people who came in after me (just trying to be patient but I noticed it) I finally got food check to make sure they put seasoned on fries because last Saturday I came cashier charged for it and wasn't on my orders (I brought that to her attention but she charged me away tired to call) BUT they DON'T CARE BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
