I DIDNT KNOW THAT THEY WERE CLOSED

Has been closed the last couple of times we went in July 2025. No sign on door saying anything. Food is normally good. Bbq sauce is a little sweet and the meat isn’t seasoned. It’s still good though.

Great food and front counter service, but if you're ordering larger to-go orders, the kitchen doesn't identify what order is which in bagging. I had a very large to-go for co-workers and had to guess what was what.

There were some missing some items once I got things somewhat figured out, and still ended up passing out an incorrect order due not being able to tell a chopped turkey sandwich from a pulled pork sandwich (which had to be opened and looked at with everything on them).

I placed an online order on their website through spot on. Never used it before but since it was on their website, I went ahead and ordered my food. I paid and got a receipt. Once I went to pick up my food, the lady at the front counter tells me they don’t use that website and they don’t have an order for me. I called the number on my receipt, which is the same number on their building and got no answer. The lady said she couldn’t help me and she “just works here” and that was it. Very unprofessional and dumb. Why would you have a website to order food just to tell customers, you don’t use the website?? Won’t be returning.

I ordered food it was wrong, called 10 times no answer,. came back the lady had an attitude saying it should’ve been ordered another way.. fries are a side so why put them in the bbq ribs? asked to speak to her over the phone and her response was ion wanna talk to nobody… bad business don’t waste your money here

Bar bq pulled pork sandwiches with fries, beans, and potatoe salad was really good. I also got a pound of tip tips, dry seasoning with bbq sauce on the tip. All good tips, no hard dry pieces. A must try!!! Please bring back the CAKE! CARAMEL, STRAWBERRY, LEMON AND CHOCOLATE!

If you’re looking for amazing BBQ right by the airport..this is the place to go! I stopped in for lunch and had the rib sandwich with coleslaw on it. The rib meat was falling off the bone. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was delicious AND the meat was well seasoned. Beware they will ask you if you want your sauce mild, medium or hot. Medium and hot are REALLY spicy. If you’re like me and you like spice this is great, but if you can’t handle a lot of heat go with mild. The prices were reasonable, service was quick and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable.

First night in Memphis and we wanted to try true Bar-Be-Que so we went wondering and found Big Bills.
Wife ordered the brisket plate and I had the ribs plate, both were devine with strong smokey flavors. You know it’s good with a number of locals coming in while we were there.
If you want rib tips you need to be there early, they are the most popular and sell out by mid-afternoon.
