Second time coming here and they were already out of pork and brisket by 5 PM. Those are the main meats at a barbecue restaurant. What kind of BBQ spot doesn’t have its core items available? Maybe it’s time to limit the menu and focus on getting the basics right. Very disappointing. This is not the old Big Bills it used to be. Save yourself time and go somewhere else to avoid the disappointment!! discipline

We just went to Big Bill's on Kirby and the food was horrible. Our fries were so greasy and nasty. My brother hardly had any rib tips on has plate. Big Bill's has fallen off. They are using cheap food now and their tips are Fatty tips. They used to have great food. I was very disappointed. I come to visit family in Memphis and one of my stops would be Big Bill's. Not anymore. I wouldn't recommend their food to a dog.

Nobody greeted me when I came in I tried to call for an employee twice and no response 10 mins later a young lady comes from outside to greet me while she's on the phone ...ended up goin to pizza me

My Sister, Tommie and I visited this place today. The food was great. I had the pulled chopped salmon sandwich it had coleslaw and barbecue sauce on it. The buns were toasted.. it was very good. I would go back just for that. Tommie had the rib tips and slaw. She bragged about the barbecue sauce. It added zest to the tips.. the place was nice and clean, service was fast and friendly..

Ordered the catfish, only to be served a wet and half cooked piece of whitening fish. I waited 30 minutes before having to go check and see if my order was ready because the servers were chilling in the corner.

I went there my ribs tasted like they were 3 days old .. I caught a Uber there.. so I couldn't take it back .. I called n the manager told me he will put my name on the board. . Next two weeks I went they didn't see my name... I wouldn't spend my last dollar on they ribs ever again unless I know for a fact they just cooked them the same day.. I'm still pissed

This ordered food online and after an hour my food was still not ready. I asked for a refund in the staff refuse because the manager was not there on a busy Saturday night. They said he would refund my order Monday and he did not so I had to go up there after work and by then he was gone before I arrived. I had to make a staff member call him and process my refund over the phone that day. After all of that my refund was still short $2. Smh

Awful the rib tips were so dry tough and dead the gristle was more tender than the meat I had more left in my plate than I started with I'm never going back!!
