How long is reasonable time to sit waiting at a table once your server has given you a menu, when the place is not busy...5, 10,15 20 minutes. Did not even come and ask if we would like any drinks...just kept us waiting.

Great spot. Food is decent. Not bad at all just probably would play around the menu until I found more i liked. The service was exceptional. It was a busy game day weekend. She was the only waitress for a while and baby she handle 7 tables like she had a set of her own clones with her!

Waited over 5 minutes before someone came and took my order and I’m at the bar… the cook (not sure if he’s the manager) but his attitude was soooo bad to the point it scared me… he was talking to the employees crazy and his whole demeanor was off… now this is 9 in the morning… it’s not that busy AT ALL… I literally lost my appetite having such a bad spirit cooking my food. He was yelling at them clapping his hands… like literally the worse experience ever… I wouldn’t suggest eating there or either eat far away from the chef… he’s cursing as I’m typing this review… this whole atmosphere is a NO

Food was good, if you managed to order something they hadn't run out of. I had to change my order three times because they were out of basic things like bread for french toast. And then I was given the wrong coffee order. My husband ordered shrimp and grits, which was actually pretty delicious. But then while chewing a bite, he discovered a piece of metal was in the food! It looked like a heavy duty staple that had been twisted straight. The manager comped only about $8 off for it. The whole ordeal was ridiculous.

Waited 40 minutes and still didn't get a table. They just stared at us and never seated us.

The food here is subpar, to say the least. The biscuits in the biscuits and gravy were hard. The grits were bland, even with cheese and added salt and pepper. By far the least impressive restaurant we’ve eaten at so far. Save your money and go to a Waffle House.

Went Sunday and asked for salmon crochet, they were out, then gumbo, they were out. I didn't get anything but something to drink. My daughter shrimp and grits had a long piece of hair in it. My husband food was cold. We will not be returning because it was such and unpleasant visit after driving a hour and fifteen minutes to be dissatisfied.

Breakfast spot easy walking distance from our hotel.
Food was decent although 2 scrambled eggs as advertised was really the equivalent of 1.
French Toast was decent.
They were busy and while the servers were nice and the food came out quickly, our beverages came out after we were halfway finished our meal.
The restaurant itself has a cool look to it, but it was absolutely FREEZING inside.

Ate brunch with my boyfriend on Sunday. Service was poor even though the restaurant was not busy. Coffee was cold. Took 30 minutes for our food to come out with an empty house. Our chicken was so over cooked it was like chicken jerky. The potatoes and peppers had cinnamon on them for some reason. Also, there is automatic gratuity and not all of it goes to your server - why not pay your kitchen staff more instead of relying on your guests to pay them for you. Will not recommend this place to anyone and don’t see it lasting long

And it was horrible you would think since this place is called biscuits&jam atleast the biscuits should have been better than it was s/b hot and buttery the grits were cold and lumpy my eggs were cold totally not satisfied 🫤🫤 I just knew the biscuits were gonna b really good since the name was biscuits & jam noooo atleast get the biscuits right,,,,

As other reviews have stated the service is bad. I think it may just depend on which section your seated in. I had to ask for hot sauce and more creamer with a coffee refill. The food was alright. It's expensive too.

They put cream cheese in my grits. Yucky.

I enjoyed myself! The service was A1 and I also enjoyed the Juke downstairs! A wonderful atmosphere
