B J's Buffalo Style Hot Wings

Food not crispy like i asked. I asked for a 12 piece all flat crispy. I get home and its only 9 flats even though i was charged for 12 all flats and they are not crispy at all looked like some baked chicken wings. Sad you have to literally count your wings before you get out out line. I suggest to hold the line up and MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT. ITS HARD TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES 🤦🏾‍♂️

My fish sandwich was really good, fried hard, perfectly crispes, seasoned crinkle cuts, good cheat meal 😋

I specifically ordered the 3 pc wings & roll honey mild on May 31, 2025, and when I got home preparing to eat them. The 1st bite was totally HOT & I couldn't eat them. So, I called and spoke with Kevin, Mgr & he said to bring them back, which is ridiculous after returning home. Then he proceeded to tell me to bring the receipt back & he would replace my order. So, I did today & one of the Mgr called him & she said that they would give me 10% off, which is ludicrous... After driving back to the community... I am done with this establishment... POOR BUSINESS!!!BJ' in Elvis Presley

I went to drive thru order fish fillets. They were so soft that they fell apart while eating them. The breading fell off. They could have cooked them longer. I am disappointed . . .
