Spent $46 cash for food that was NOT Fresh, mind you I’m not asking for a full refund. Not asking for a refund at all. Just for them to make it right. The box clearly says Honey Mild. You can clearly see in the photos they were Honey Hot. I can’t not have hot foods. I bought the food Saturday about 1 hour before closing. Didn’t realize they were closed on Sunday and Monday. I just finished moving so I no longer have the food from Saturday. I still have a receipt and pictures but they don’t want to do anything to even try to make it right. Guy on the phone was rude. I hope someone treats him the same way he talks to people. Not like they actually care about a bad review.

Service was average. The sweet tea was old, had to exchange it for lemonade. Staff was not very friendly. The catfish nuggets were not cooked long enough. The fries seemed to have been refried just to make them hot. Be ware- if you want extra sauces you have to let them know before you leave the first window, in order to pay for it.

I will say this if you’re in a car going through the drive-through understand you have to be patient but keep your hazard on if you have to go out into the street while waiting in line. Customer Service is going to be fantastic. Please be patient because good quality food takes time to prepare. If everything was made fast it wouldn’t be as satisfying!

The biggest standout items for me on the menu were corn nuggets, and catfish nuggets! They do you have it where you can walk up and place your order but this must be done before 7 PM meaning by 6:55 PM. You should already have walked to the window. Placed your order and wait till it’s done.

These wings were the hardest, dryest buffalo chicken wings I have ever had. They were extremely small and did not have a lot of meat. Two of the wings were so hard I couldn't eat them, so my 6 piece was actually a 4 piece and because they were so small, I probably had the equivalent of one whole wing. They got me for $9.82 this time but never again lol.

So I purchased a 5 piece honey hot wing combo yesterday with seasoning sprinkled on top with seasoned fries. I will say the wings were bad and old, the meat was brown and all of them were brown inside. The sauce was watery and it was not honey hot sauce . I will never return nor recommend this place. Save your money…
