Highly overrated. The Best Meal on Beale* is far from it. The ribs are cooked perfectly but very bland in flavor.
No seasoning at all. The fish was ok but could also use more seasoning. The bbq sauce was the best part of the meal. I do not understand why people give this place such good ratings.

11/23/2024 As I read mixed reviews decided to check it out anyways for my own experience and I promise I was not disappointed I’m a Louisianian home of gumbo so I went in with low expectations but d—m they did not disappoint I had the gumbo,the sausages ,the chicken and the sautéed shrimp in a delicious butter sauce and the toast delicious just could have eaten those with the shrimp juice just how delicious it was 10 out of 10 for sure and yeah shout out to Christian the waiter I hope I got his name right he was awesome the place is a really cool vibe
I had the best pork chop of my life at 65! Delicious !

it was nice and packed here! it was my first time coming to memphis and me and my family wanted to try this and were not disappointed. the food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed the drinks as well. When i come back to memphis, I will definitely come here again!

I’ve been a few times. Food is good. Customer service is not. Visit the city of Memphis yearly and will not return to this restaurant. They have rules to seat you in designated areas based upon the # in your party, even when the restaurant is not busy. Would be great if I were not seated underneath a filthy car in an area that is not clean because I have less than 4 in my party. If the area is not clean, the great food is less enjoyable. Caution….as the attitude is always subpar. I realize my little $ do not matter, BUT they matter to me and I chose to spend elsewhere.
