Worst customer service i’ve ever received. Workers had a nasty attitude. I come from more than an hour away and always loved going to the Bojangles franchise and was absolutely disappointed. Everyone else was greeted but me when i came in ,they took the people order in front of me but then walked off when i came to the register. Completely ignoring me until finally after like 5 minutes some other girl took my order and then they all proceeded to give me nasty stares and pretended to act like i wasn’t waiting for my food. Waited 20+ minutes for only one combo of 3 piece chicken strips. They gave other people their orders but mine and there was no one in the drive thru or in the lobby and when other people came in they got straight into their orders. Sweet Tea tasted like it was left out for days. Ended up walking out. Very disappointed and will not return.

The rudest people I’ve ever seen at an eating establishment. We walked in soaked from the rain ready to eat and nobody said ANYTHING to us. There was nobody eating inside. We were the only ones. There were about six people working in the kitchen, and nobody greeted us, took our order, even looked in our direction. They purposely completely avoided us. One gentleman even walked right up to the register that we were standing at and fiddled around on the screen for a little bit and then just walked away. Nobody even said anything to us as we were walking out the doors. We got back in our cars and went down the road to Hardee’s where their staff was more than accommodating.

Just left this place after going through the drive-thru to place my order. The employee said they couldn’t hear me, so I repeated my order louder twice. She still claimed she couldn’t hear me, then rudely yelled my “order” back to me with an attitude and asked, “Would that be all?” I told her to cancel the order because there’s no reason to speak to me that way. She then said, “Well, I can’t hear you—it’s windy.” If that was the issue, she should have explained that from the start and asked me to pull around to place the order. Very poor customer service and the way she yelled I'm pretty sure that others inside could hear.
We are visiting from Illinois. The cashier & Supervisor were friendly & professional. We evan shared a few chuckles about my relatives Sip bracelet. Food fresh & hot!!! Box on the floor, ready for trash...We smashed:)

Came in with a huge group (birthday lunch) and it was handled well from start to finish. Food was fresh, orders were right, and workers came to check on everything since there was so much that could have been wrong. Jasmine H killed taking the orders, and everyone else in FOH/BOH was diligent on the execution.
