I placed an order through the app around 4:00 p.m. and scheduled my pickup for 4:25 p.m. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready. I was told five more minutes, they had to cook more tenders. I ended up getting my order close to 5:00 p.m. It didn't have the seasoned fries I ordered, and it was missing the dipping sauce. Having to wait an additional 25 minutes defeats the purpose of ordering online. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and apologetic. That's the only reason I'm leaving two stars.

Why??? Bojangles back in the day had bone in chicken, this new one don't. I wasted my money on this. I'm not even a Popeyes chicken person, but they got BOJANGLES beat by a long shot. The dirty rice just salt, no flavor. The 3 tiny strips just a little flavor, I'm not going back. I could've got Churchs with that jalapeno, Popeyes spicy chicken, KFC original recipe, Jack Pirtles with the brown gravy....see what I mean. Never again!

Today I went in for a replacement order. Jazmine was professional she smiled while remaking the food. This location has one of the best food and customer service representing Bojangles. I will be returning.

Worst Saturday experience at 1:00 pm you are not acknowledged when you come inside and my order was completely wrong and they were baffled when I simply asked for what I ordered. Had to leave drive through and walk in. Go to whitten rd if at all possible they’re GOLD five star there. My food was cold. Short dark hair female at register no urgency at all.

This my 1st time getting deliver from the local. The food was delicious, and the delivery driver was nice.
However, I'd paid for extra sauces, asked for lemon for my tea, and called the location to ask that they please include ketchup.
They lady I spoke with ensured me that she would make sure there was ketchup in there.
When I got my order, there was no ketchup, the house made ranch was missing, and there also was no lemon.
