I ordered my food yesterday at about 2:30 . Pick up was at 3:20 no text message was sent at all till went in there to check . Ian leave there till 4 . Got home food was extremely cold . This is ridiculous I won’t be ordering anymore. Yall got a number on yall site and it don’t even work very unprofessional.

I’m working in Memphis and this has been the BEST food we have had so far!! The shrimp is fresh and cooked perfectly. The salmon bites and salmon plate is great. The seasoning is just enough with not overtaking the main courses. All the sides are fantastic!! Must try this!

After a fun game of mini golf, my friend and I decided to try Brain Food. When we arrived at the place, we thought the GPS had taken us to the wrong spot because there was no sign to tell us this was Brain Food. At first, I went to the wrong building, and the laddies directed me to the building next door. When we got to the right building, we ordered our food and waited in the car for it to get ready. We waited 50 minutes for the food to be prepared. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo Fries with Salmon and a Pineapple Lemonade. My friend did the Build Your Own Pasta; she added chicken, extra cheese, and spinach. She also ordered the Strawberry Lemonade. If the fries were by themselves, it would have been just ok, but the Salmon and the Cajun Alfredo Sauce really helped it out. The Pineapple Lemonade was really amazing. I tasted a little bit of my friend's pasta. The pasta wasn’t that warm, and the spinach on it tasted weird. So if anyone plans on coming here, I recommend ordering ahead so the wait won’t be long.

Road tripping from LA to ATL and stopped in Memphis along the way—so glad we found this spot on TikTok! The service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food? Absolute 10/10. Honestly the best Cajun-style meal I’ve ever had. Prices can be on the higher side, but totally worth it for the quality and care that goes into the food! You can really taste the skill and technique that goes into their cooking!

They need to call this place “It will mess with your Brain, Food!” The food was amazing. When I say amazing it’s so different and fresh you won’t believe how good it is. It’s like having a home cooked meal from a 5-Star Michelin Chef who is like “I want you to try something I’ve been thinking up!” The gentleman who greeted me at the door…great young men. They were helpful, respectful and walked me through the online ordering process. This place is top notch. Don’t let the commercial feel of the place detract from what magic they are doing in that kitchen. It’s on point! Only recommendation is a little better signage on the door. But who knows maybe they are trying to keep this place a secret.

Detroiter here....First off, order before you come. Everything is cooked to order. Secondly, the food is good. My only hang-up about this experience was the price. $30 dollars for only 3 Lamb chops was a bit much.....but, it's like that everywhere now. I would come here again.

Brain food is a spot I had seen when I moved to Memphis, and just knew I had to try. The very first time I tried the salmon pasta bowl it was so good that I chose to have some catered for an event. All of my guests loved the pasta, and even asked if I could ship them some of the sauce lol! My most recent visit, I had to wait a bit longer for my order to get sorted out. While I waited, Corderio asked if I had tried the pasta as he would be including some with my order. It is very evident the owner and staff passionate about great food and service! While some may say the wait is not your normal wait time, it is well worth it. I would just say exercise some patience, and your taste buds will thank you for it!
As much as I enjoy the food, what I've had an issue with is for the 2nd time, when I order and pay for extra Alfredo sauce for my pasta, I haven't gotten it. I ask for it on the side so I can see what I paid an additional $3 for, and both times, I don't think I actually got it. I called the store as soon as I received my meal, and was told by whoever answered the phone that they would call me back to find out how to resolve my problem, but an hour later, I haven't been contacted again

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak pasta via the website for pick-up at 4pm. I arrived at about 4:10 pm and still had to wait 10-15 minutes for your food. What's the point of ordering online when you still have to wait?
However, I was extremely excited to try this place. It smelled soooo good. When I got home, I rushed in so I could get into it. I took a bite and noticed the meat was extremely salty. Inedibly salty. I only took 4 bites and the only reason I did that was because I wanted to be sure I wasn't tripping. I literally could not continue to eat it. $21 down the drain and disappointing after I'd heard such positive reviews.
Maybe they had an off day yesterday, but with as much salt on the meat and the pasta sauce, they used all the salt they had on hand.
A part of me wants to go back but I don't have the leisure to do this and I don't wanna be disappointed- Again. If you do choose to go here and have high cholesterol, blood pressure, and anything of that nature, beware.
