This restaurant is a hidden gem here in Memphis. The food was fresh to order, the owners were very friendly, recommended delicious food and the best part was the decor that highlighted Memphis. I ordered the Mexican Caesar Salad, BT Bistro Chicken Sandwich and an order of Egg Rolls. The salad was fantastic with light mixed greens, chicken, pickles, cheese and ranch dressing (which I actually don’t eat ranch dressing), the chicken sandwich was my favorite which is on a hoagie...

The clean, small, order at counter, diner was empty when I entered, but I received a friendly greeting right away. I've eaten vegetarian here, the Garden burger made with Black beans, so this afternoon I tried the Memphis burger with the Bistro fries. This is one of their craft burgers topped pulled pork, Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, & BBQ sauce. Everything is just plain down home good and they're willing to prepare it several different ways for you. The owner is a very friendly guy who is proud of his establishment. I had shrimp tacos. All of the ingredients were fresh, and the shrimp were properly cooked. If you're in the area and like tacos or burgers, you should stop in.
