The experience of as overall VERY GOOD. The server was bubbly and very knowledgeable. I loved her energy she was amazing. I thing her name was Deja? Most people say they felt nothing. We do not indulge in “extracurricular activities” so my husband and I were OUT OF SPACE. lol We really enjoyed ourselves.

The food is delicious atmosphere is good. But at the end when you get the check and you don’t get to see the charges and the waitress puts her own gratuity of 20% on there without your knowledge it’s a little disappointing.

I have been in a few times for drinks and they were pretty good. I had the wings one time and they were good. The atmosphere is cool. Service has been good except for the one time I had to wait and the restaurant was not busy. Maybe they were short staffed that day. The reason for the two stars is because I saw two different servers on two different occasions touching their hair and not washing their hands. One girl scratched in her head and played with her braids and still fixed people drinks. One guy kept touching his beard and touched his nose and never washed his hands. He then proceeded to grab some fruit with his hands. One girl was sitting down eating and reached over to grab some fruit as well and didn’t wash her hands. She then put it on top of someone food. If front of house is like this, I can only imagine the back of the house. It is one thing when you don’t see but when you do one can only wonder.

The staff was very engaging and attentive. This place has a nice laid back vibe. The queso and chips was amazing. Music is a nice touch. I will definitely return.
I had an Amazing time the drinks was great and our Bar tender Eli was so attentive .He recommended the burger and egg rolls and everything was amazing. Dustin the security guard made sure we made it to the car safely. We will definitely be back. Thanks Eli and Dustin

Bartender By the Name of BRI caused the company to loose money and potentially residual Customers! BRI Is extremely Unprofessional! And as a first time patron We Must say Due to Her unsatisfactory and Incompetent Behavior We had The WORST EXPERIENCE visiting the Memphis/Broad st Location. We’ve tried contacting Management But there is NO information For the company Listed! Which is another Outlandish ISSUE Considering Mgmt Should know whats happening in this Establishment. I have also contacted BBB in regards to this Complaint. BRI should be Terminated immediately following her Absurd Actions!
