Every location everytime I order Togo something is messed up or they are out of things. Tonight I got all my sauces on the side and they didn’t give many any. So we had to eat all of our wings with no sauce.

I ate all of my food because I was hungry after driving all day but... this is the worst wings I have ever had from any bdubs. I should have known when my wings were ready in less than a minute after I ordered them to go in the store. I took them back to my hotel right down the road.
The flavor was there but the wings were cold and they looked like they had been sitting out. Not the quality I have come to expect from bdubs.
The waitresses that handed them to me were nice enough but surely they had to notice that the wings were old.
I wasn't in the store more than 2 minutes so I can't speak on the atmosphere. I didn't really pay attention to that.
Regardless of how nice your restaurant may be or wait staff is, if the food is bad, the whole restaurant is bad. I would be ashamed to serve food like this to anyone!

My mom, finance, brother, and I came to eat today. They weren’t slam pack full but were busy, so we waited 20 minutes and we found someone to let them know we haven’t ordered. After another 30 minutes we decided to leave. We talked to someone twice about serving us. The guy beside admitted to us he waited an hour before being served.

Horrible customer service. We were a family of six members with two elders and two small kids. They had a whole section empty as shown in the picture, and they outright said they will not seat us beyond that point. No reasoning, no courtesy, no apologizing!! We just straight walked out of that place.

I ordered to-go and the girl was so nice and fast. My food was done prior to pick-up time. Everything was correct and well seasoned! Will definitely be ordering from this location again.
not even a star. I am not one to complain, but that new girl you got, she knows who she is, gotta go. From the start, straight up attitude when I expressed that I was misinformed by one of the employees THERE? Yet, I am in the wrong. Anywho, she proceeds to take her precious time, vacuuming the floor, talking with her friends, staring out the damn window, facing the corner for 10 + minutes at a time. Once we finally ordered our drink after 20 min, she never came to ask if we needed anything until at least 20 more minutes. Proceeds to talk w her friends, and when it came time to pay?! This chick throws my check in my food. At first , I think nah this is just an accident, but when you do it a SECOND TIME?! And with my card attached, nah you’re raunchy and disrespectful. Only rated a star so I could post this reply.

I ordered the Golden Fire wings from the secret online menu and they were tasty. The lemon pepper fries were ok, but still good. My food was hot and ready when I arrived. The service was pleasant too.
