Ordered takeout tonight and it was a huge letdown. I’m not even going to complain about the food being cold — that’s expected with to-go orders. But the wings were clearly re-dropped: tough, overcooked, and nearly inedible. Every sauce was wrong, and it felt like they were rationing it — the wings were about 75% dry with just a smear of sauce. This was my first and definitely last visit to this location. It’s a real shame because B-Dubs used to be reliably great back in the day.

Bree the phone desk clerk was very attentive and helpful she was also fast and that was appreciated on a lunch rush. The cooks are always efficient food is hot fresh and well packaged

Works Buffalo Wild Wings I lost my wallet in the establishment and nun of the stuff cared at ALL. Make me feel like they stole it! The black male manager didn’t care the white Women manager was VERY rude. Neither one of them even wanted to adress me about the situation. If somebody lost something in your establishment at least TRY to situate. I will never go here again

I ordered 20 buffalo dry rub wings with a large fries. Two orders of chicken strips with fries for my kids The chicken barely had any seasoning on them. They look and taste like they have been sitting out for a while. They did not put my large fry in the bag. The taste was terrible. I spent over $50 and had to go back out and pick something else to eat.

Went with my family we sat there for an hour and waitresses kept walking by us and no one waited on us so we decided to go to another restaurant.

Hacks cross location was very pathetic waited more than an hour just for my top shelf margarita that I ordered to not be right she brought me a drink I didn’t ask for and I asked for no salt on the rim and still had salt on it very sad ….and when I told the old dark skin manager (man) he was very nonchalant about and just walked away with no care about the situation UNPROFESSIONAL and didn’t say anything had to wait over a hour for our food because it was our server “first day” she didn’t know what she was doing and the experience was just overall bad and I will not ever spend money with this company again
I order 1 order of all flat season extra krispy I got three different order 1 with barbecue sauce 2 order honey mustard and all ask all flat season extra krispy and third time the wing had no season I don’t know if i going back again

Don’t come here if you’re trying to eat an hour before closing.Lazy people just sitting around I’ve had so many bad experiences but I come back in hope that it’s better because I’m just trying to eat after work.One time I went in and waited to get attended for 15 minutes I decided to go to the bar she was okay our food took 50 minutes to get there.The whole time the bartender is yelling at the other servers to help her bring out our food while they were vacuuming instead.It was about 10 of us waiting at the bar on our food.I come in tonight at 11:10p.m mind you it says they close at 12am. I go in and she says they’re closed so I tried to order take out at least she says kitchen is closed she saw I got upset and ended up telling me the bar was open.How are you gonna say I can’t eat there or get take out but the bar is open? I ended up just leaving cause it just felt like they didn’t want to attend us.I work in the food industry and we take orders up to 5 minutes before closing.This makes no sense it’s just a bunch of lazy people all around.Worst service ever !!If I could post this with 0 stars I would.
