I can't believe it😕, I should had known better when I went into Burger King how the lady at the cash register was acting very stressed out and yelling at some guy about waiting his turn for a drink. As I received my hamburger and onion rings both were very cold not fresh.I can't believe I ate it, not all of it but most of it only because I have not eaten all day and I was very desperate to stop driving in circles .I'm from Dallas Never ever will I go to any Burger King.This was a very bad first time experience.I worked hard for my money to throw it away on playdough

The older lady that works the front counter won't take yo order til she finishes talking personal business. I waited 7 minutes for her to finish talking even the gentleman she was talking to apologized

I went at midnight the guy name is Jose works in night shift is very rude even doesn't know about customer service. Very slow just talking on the phone and was a big line.he just put the food in the window and closed it i was trying to get something else too but didn't even respond he should be teach customer service.

The food was great what I got of it was I should say. Was missing the items I ordered. But son got his. Tried to call and let them know I was missing items but of course no one answered that's night not the next day all day. Couldn't stay in town so they did not give me my money or my food.

They actually salted the fries for once!! I was able to eat the whole thing. I usually give my dogs the fries, but I ate them this time. As far as the atmosphere there were a bunch of thugs and homeless people in the parking lot had me thinking someone was going to come to my car and start begging or try and rob me. Did not like being in that parking lot at all, overall I'll rate my experience 3 out of 5.

They got my order right but my mom's burger order wrong through the drive through. We went back and they fixed her order. Nice staff

I haven't did a review in a long minute until now......This was an horrible experience for me every time I go to this burger king on union. Yesterday I tried to use my points but the power went out and when it came back on the manager told me just place my order online. I did that, then the cashier stated that they couldn't give out online orders because they wasn't showing up on their screen so I was told by a worker named Will that the points would return on my app if not when I come the next day he would give me an extra burger. I had to go on the burger king app to get my points back. They eventually gave them to me . So today I went to get my burger again. I didn't hit redeem code until I got in the line. The old lady working the register took soooo long until it went away. I tried to explain what happened but everyone was getting agitated. Eventually I received my order 45 mins later.
