the WORST experience ever! I had a coupon for chicken nuggets and fries, ordered extra nuggets and a Whopper Jr. WHY WAS THIS SO DIFFICULT? The server at the drive through took 5 attempts to properly ring this up and when I arrived at the window..... no honey mustard, no BBQ sauce, and needless to say when I drove off and took a bite of the Whopper Jr, I almost lost a tooth!!!! The bread was hard as a brick!!!! The sandwich was warm so in essence, it had been sitting there for a while and they microwaved it. The workers were SO NONCHALUNT and my advice regarding this location,....DON'T STOP TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND PATIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees stand around playing and talking as cars line up then to make it worse they gave me the wrong order and my order was simple!!!

Tried to go get breakfast twice . The first time the system was no wworking . Today she claimed she was working by herself when she was on the intercom talking to some one . In if they are open the order is never right . Sad

I gave an extra star because she seriously thought this was 16 ounces after I asked. I just said ok. It’s too hot today.Lol. My hamburger was good.

The entire restaurant was nasty and sticky. As if it had been cleaned with a very dirty rag. No onion rings the shake machine isn’t working right now.

Sad Sad...this business is pitiful... please screen your workers better...Burger King never hire enough people to work in the back.... The business get behind and it barely be customers there... Usually the company looks like they're struggling. Present your business better.. make things look inviting for your customers.. upgrade, upgrade... I still love the food..but do better. Thanks

I was not pleased with this location. No lights at the drive thru. I didn't get what I ordered even after bringing my order back. Sandwiches were not as described on the drive thru screens. The cashiers argued with me about the sandwiches. I finally gave up and asked for the manager's name. Her name was Kim. I didn't get answer when I called about my experience at her Burger King. Next thing I know the resturant was closed and a for sale sign was on the Burger King sign and windows. I guess I was not alone in the poor experience the Burger King on Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN was offering. Smh

This place needs to be torn down because its a play house the food is always cold the workers are rude the building it self is disgusting maybe if the worker weren't always playing while on the clock they could get something done.I went there several times last year only for management to say there's no-one working but her all of her workers quit at 4pm in the evening oh yeah she was outside smoking a cigarette. A big disappointment.

Drive Thru took more than 30mins. Not pleased. If they think fast food is a food I'd be okay too wait for they are mistaken.
