The food was str8 the service was ok at this location the reason they got such a low rating us because when I wen I was literally $3 dollars short on my meal. I have the cashier the $10 n told her to swipe the remaining $3 dollars from card...... she swiped $10 off my card instead of $3 and took my $10. I said some she was trying to make a big deal about it so I just left .....I kind of figured she don't make no money she probably needed it for a ride bak home . But it is what it is I would avoid this particular location tho .

I sent my husband to get us some food our order was mistakenly given to someone else so they claimed it was fixed over we live 3/5 minutes away when my husband arrived it was cold I called to tell the manager not looking for a refund or food replacement just to let him know his demeanor was very unprofessional. My husband stated he was talking to his male employees as if they were kids. I always try to be fair I will never ever go there or send my husband again after I stated I wasn’t looking for a refund or replacement it’s as if he calmed down but he shouldn’t have never let the conversation escalate I think the business would be better if he wasn’t there. I visited this location on New Year’s Day around 3:00 PM and I went through the drive-through. I sat there for three minutes. No one came on the intercom to take my order so I pulled to the window and a black male short GAY guy was at the window. He slid the window open, and gave me the ugliest look and asked me what did I want and I told him that no one came on the intercom to take my order and he told me that it’s gonna be a minute before he could take my order in a really nasty tone and he slammed the window and told another female worker to come and talk to me because he wasn’t going to deal with no stupidity today and I didn’t give him no trouble. I was just trying to make my order. I told the female worker that I would go to another location to get better customer service and that I will never come back to this location again it was ridiculous. Things need to be changed or else you all need to shut this location down!!!!!! I ended up going to the Burger King on Elvis Presley and the customer service and the food was amazing and I will return to that location in the near future the DM need to get the Millbranch location up to part point blank!!!!!! Horrible, Horrible Horrible service Millbranch location!!!!!!!!!!
Food was completely cold bun was old, falling apart, didn’t put anything I specified on it not one onion or pickle. Fries were so cold they were hard!! Not a condiment or napkin in the bag whatsoever.

So unlike Wendy's.. bk is a " I have to be in the mood for burger" the dbl whopper is ok.. mainly the chicken sandwich at bk is very good. My dad got the hersey pie

Idk why i wasted my money and time. The restaurant had no customers. So why is my food not only cold but my food is hard, like the bun was over cooked and cooked and then served to me. The buns on both of my sandwiches where hard as a rock. I tried to call numerous times so i could get them replaced! Why is the phone off? How is the phone off when its current business hours. This is very sad that a customer not only waste there time and but resources on on service that is way below standard. I went to another restaurant cause who would eat some like that. Yall need to get new workers or something.

Worst experience ever, from ordering to getting my cold food. Employees had an attitude from the beginning and it started when placing my order. I asked for no pickles and there was a long sigh and he said “is that all” very rudely. I also asked for extra mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and onions and his response was “it comes on it.” I then repeated that I asked for EXTRA. He let out another rude sigh. I then proceeded to the window to pay and I asked him why did he have to be so rude and his response was it was hot in there, because they had no air. I said well y’all need to close until you do, because “it’s the attitude for me.” I said I was sorry to hear that, but you can’t project that onto your customers. Upon proceeding to the window to get my food I asked the lady if she would make sure that my extra vegetables were on there as I had to pay for it and she says “we fix it the way you order it.” I told her that it’s always wrong no matter where I go. So when I received my order, it was cold and wrong and I had to get out and go in to make them fix it properly as I paid extra for the vegetables. They give 1 tomato, 1 piece of onion and a couple strips of shredded lettuce for a whopper and asking for more is considered extra. Make it make sense Burger King “have it your way” but not really. Do better and treat people right please. Is that so hard to do. Mental health is real!!!

Service was slow for walk in customers. Helped drive thru customers first. Was not very clean inside of store. Seemed to be short staffed. But, most fast food places are.
