The look on her face was as if she was upset because I was asking. And mistakenly i told her oh OK you put some in the bag. Only to drive off and find out it's was ketchup. She was ready for a confrontation just from a question being asked.

They're hit or miss. The food usually taste good, but my issue is whether or not they get the order right. I've been to this location multiple times, and it's 50/50 on if they get my order right. Today was not one of the days they got it right, and I realized it when I got home. I ordered an egg enormous burrito this morning, got charged for it, and received the jr burrito. 😢

Went there and got the new how to train your dragon fiery mozzarella fries they were not hot spicy or fiery at all plus the food was not very great at all and i didn't get my dragon toys (corporate should send me the whole set) either and the ice cream cups were not even filled up half way that they substituted after having to ask for it did not give us a receipt and the customer service was terrible the manager on duty name was goyce at the location at Austin peay & covington pike by the walmart in memphis TN

It is 4:10 on 11/06/24. When I pulled at the speaker I was rushed. She was very unprofessional in the was in handling customers. As my son was deciding on his drinking she was rushing me and cursed on the speaker as of I didn't hear what she said. I am very tired of people getting jobs and letting their anger get the best of them. If you don't like the job just quit. I am done coming to this location. 😡

I love the color of the bun inside the Wednesday Addams Burger!!! My tongue, did it turn purple, lol? The taste was different from the original whopper bun, and I liked it! I will be going back for another Wednesday Addams Burger without cheese! The employees were extra cautious in preparing my order freshly, and my food was seasoned well and didn't break the pockets of $7!

They do not know how to work the app and put your BK rewards code in. I gave the girl my code literally 5 times she said said it doesn't work. I asked her to get the Manager and the manager say she don't know how to work it.
My husband went a another day and they said the same thing!

I just came from Burger King 10 minutes ago. I went through the drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was nice but she took my order wrong. I ordered two sausage crescents. She hurriedly assumed that I wanted 2 sausages, egg, and cheese crescents. I told her no I just needed two sausage crescents she interrupted me and said something I couldn't understand because she was talking so fast. On the screen, she corrected one of them and then told me to pull up. I wanted a small coffee also but I just lost my appetite by then. She checked me out and gave me my card back with no receipt. And it is cold the crescent roll was Doey so I had to get out and take it inside and get it corrected. Everyone had that I don't want to be here face but they were civil. No smiles. I will be a long time before I come back. That's a shame!!!

They are very slow. They did have cars in drive thru but I was the only one in the fromt counter. A man was there when I came in picking up a mobile order and he was there for a while and they finally asked him what's the name and when he told them the woman was like the order was sitting there for a while so no one asked this man if he was picking up, they were only focused on drive thru. I had to cancel my order because they were taking too long and I had a mobile order that I made ten minutes earlier and they still didn't have it. Shameful

The new hire (very pretty woman) was just that..and not trained/guided enough...she was however(aside from being gorgeous), she was not rude or remotely inept..she was probably just on her first day..she gets a very good grade for being approachable and kind..the food however was sub par..it was not correct and barely warm..but it was not bad...just nowhere near as good as my favorite store on N.Hollywood.
