I was at this location on 4/20/2024 at about 11:20am and was rudely greeted to begin placing my order after I asked in the mic after sitting in drive-thru for 3mins at the mic were they taking orders....Sadly this young man was so rude that I drove around to the window and he leans out the window and mugs me lolol....so to avoid me getting upset ? and out of character I left... I hope corporate sees this because I frequent that location and I should hope I don't encounter this again ?

I went to Burger King on Coving Pike Memphis. They are so disrespectful. The food was awful. I try to return the food. One of the employee told me to wait. I waited so long. I had to leave. The also play to much. They are really rude. That was my last time going up there.

Order chicken fries for me and my daughter today and they refried the chicken fries and they were really hard to where me or my daughter couldn’t bite into them and she cried because she really wanted some,I never go to this location because the last time I came my food was old.I will never come back to them again and the crew members are very rude and unfriendly.They’re cussing and talking inappropriately while me and my daughter were in there.And I don’t cuss around my daughter so it was really hard for me sit in there with her.But Bad Customer service and old food never again

Since these new chicken wraps, I've been eating at Burger King about 3 to 4 times a week. They're delicious. However, yesterday they sold me very hard, overcooked, old chicken inside my chicken wrap that I had to drive back up there and get them to remake. In my opinion, they're all lacking actual good customer service due to poor hiring practices. Really, that's at mostly all companies.

They were slow. They were too busy talking to each other or on their phones and not helping customers. Worst experience ever, and they have a sign saying they're under new management. If this is the case, then their management isn't doing their job.
