This review isn’t even for this actual store location, cause they really aren’t the best but today I was proven wrong and I have to point this person out to let everyone know! But I have to brag on the woman that took my order named “ROVONDA” I pulled up in the drive thru with not much money to get lunch and she patiently helped me find the cheapest thing to help me out. She was very helpful and ABOVE AND BEYOND with her customer service. I don’t think I’ve gotten a fast food experience like this in a decade! It was just nice to see there are people out there still helping other people! So thank you “ROVONDA” for your patience and such a wonderful attitude! Thank you for showing me these people are still out there in our world!! She knows exactly who I probably am and knows how much she helped me today! God bless her! 🙏🏼

Cake in through the drive though cause nobody wanted to take our order in the drive-thru came in the customer service was rude and she didn’t ask if we were dining in or out tables are dirty and she’s behind the counter cussing saying “I know you mf lying” sitting down on they’re phones and in the phones behind the counter if I could give no stars they would have none

I ordered two of the SpongeBob meals. First the young man said they are out of the bun and were substituting with the potato bun. We continued, paid $34. Got home and there were no pies. I go back and tell the young lady at the window what happened. She proceeds to give me two chocolate pies. I said doesn’t it come with strawberry pies. She says “yea” we sit there for a minute and then she says “we’re out of them”. So just tell people we’re out of the SpongeBob meal instead of taking $34 for half of what I ordered. Kids are not coming for substitutions they want what’s on the picture. Completely dissatisfied with customer service!

I placed a doordash order from this place, because I wanted a shake, I threw in a burger and coke for my daughter, they didnt include the shake. I only got a refund for the shake, ended up paying 20 bucks for a burger and soda... they refunded the shake but, it was the whole point. Can't see that a 4 item order is missing a quarter of it?
