Placed my order online at 10:18 to be told at 10:21 that i can't get what was paid for and to request a refund that's going to take 3-5 business days to get back. It took them i minute to take out. This location is poorly ran corporate needs to come in an retrain management on how to be able to serve guest and not have a lot of waste left over. Telling paying customers that we are out cause you don't want to cook it is unacceptable.

Donβt even attempt to dine-in there even though they shamelessly post on the door that they are open for business. I donβt know how they continue to be in business. Corporate should shut this place down. Their BK App is of no assistance as well. Had to walk myself to the drive through to get my online order. Very humiliating!

No one help me....stood there for a few.... but I'm glad I didn't order while waiting....flies over the frys...flying around...where dude was making the burgers....n in the gas station area too.

Got to be the worse service. Nobody answers the drive thru speaker. Had to hung horn several times at the window to get my Uber pick up order. The doors were locked at 3:00 in the afternoon. And no one would pick up the phone. Lady finally comes to window with an attitude and no care giving. Hire better people. Food is cold and icee completely melted

Wish there was an option for negative reviews. This store doesn't deserve 1 star! We received chicken nuggets that were soggy and had some sort of white goo on them. The chicken sandwich tasted weird so couldn't eat that either. Asked for a large sweet tea. Rec'd a large diet coke. When asking for ketchup rec'd 3 packages. Asked for salt and pepper. Rec'd 1 of each. Just a very bad very disappointing experience. We usually love Burger King but after this experience I'm not sure we'll be returning anytime soon. π€―π€’

Asked to wait 5 mins, then waited on the food for 10 while the girl played with her hair and was on her phone looking like she waiting to bag our food. Didn't greet us or anything after giving us our food. Bun was hard as brick n the chicken sandwich was covered in mayo. Won't ever be coming back
