I ordered 5, 8 piece chicken nuggets. 1 order of jalapeño poppers. Got to the window and they had put in that I ordered chicken fries. Got mad at me for there mistake. Paid. Asked if they also put on there my jalapeño poppers. Yes. Had me pull up. I waited about 30 minutes. When I got my order, the jalapeño poppers were not in there. Had to walk into the store. They got mad again for there mistake. Will not be back.

Can literally NEVER get my order right. Just ordered no mustard and got ONLY Mustard. I've tried to give this place chances for 3 years now and they just neve ever ever can get my order right. They could literally mess up a cup of water. I think the young workers don't care and the old workers are here as I said job so they don't care. People having attitudes in drive thru. This is just unacceptable. This business has continued to go downhill, more and more. THROW THE WHOLE NIGHT SHIFT AWAY.

After the worst customer service experience at the Sycamore View location where the worker actually cursed at us while placing our order, as if we were inconveniencing him, we came to the Kirby Whitten location and received stellar customer service!
