After the worst customer service experience at the Sycamore View location where the worker actually cursed at us while placing our order, as if we were inconveniencing him, we came to the Kirby Whitten location and received stellar customer service! They were friendly and prompt! Thank you Kirby Whitten staff for the great and professional service!

As much as my big ahh eat Burger King they did my order all wrong. First my drinks was wrong! All drinks suppose been a large and it was not. I didn’t order any soda however all my drinks were soda. My burger had stale bread. And my fire mozzarella sticks were drench in oil.

There needs to be some serious customer service training. I don't care what environment you come from there needs to be some professionalism while at work. They need to learn to greet customers. To order..."what can i get you?" Pulling up to pay $5.19 is not appropriate. It's ridiculous!! No welcome to Burger King...how may I help...no hellow or nothing when paying just $5.19

I haven't eaten at Burger King since 2022. I will not return for a burger until they decide to increase the size of the hambuger pattie. McDonald's has a true Quarter Pounder, and it's cooked to order. Look at the pictures and you decide for yourself. "Where's the Beef?" The onion rings were great and fresh.

The food & drink were good. Or I was just hungry & thirsty. Who knows. The lady at drive tru was nice. The food was out quickly. If u r reading this yr loved ?
I suppose that I shouldn't have went too close to closing time. There were no cars in line but mine, yet I still had to wait for my food. I literally live down the street and got home and my fries weren't even fresh nor hot. Therefore, I am not sure what I was actually waiting on at the drive-thru window. Honestly, it was the second location that I drove to because the one in Cordova stated open until midnight too on Google maps, but there were no workers or cars in sight. I figured this location would be no different because anytime that I have gone at night after 10, they stated they were closed through the intercom. I ordered a whopper combo and had to microwave my whole meal once I got home and saw that it was not hot. This visit won't deter me from doing future business, I just will make sure I don't go too late, although it said open until midnight.
