This was a really nice quick lunch stop. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. Welcoming personality. There was an issue with the soda counter and one of tge managers took time to speak, when I went for the napkins. He acknowledged me. Awesome 👌. The food was hot, too

The managers are very rude and disrespectful to both employees and works. Also when you order fresh food they take the old food that's been sitting up all day and just put heat to it and serve it to you like it's fresh health hazard! A man came in and asked for fresh fries and the GM took the old fries that had been sitting there for awhile cold and just rewarmed them up then tried to act as if it was fresh when he turned around from getting his drink.

We went through the drive -thru last night on Germantown Rd at almost midnight lol and I can honestly say that the cashier that took out order and everything was probably the nicest food worker I've EVER encountered...the food could've sucked (which it did not lol) and we would've still been satisfied because the service was so great! Far above any other area Burger King we've been to.

The food is just thrown together, my burger was sloppy to much mayo and the burger was cold the onion rings were old. Spoke with manager she made my burger over personally. Staff not respectful need better training some are rude.
