Good luck getting someone to take your order at the drive-thru during an off peak period. Arrived around 3:15pm and waited, and waited, and waited some more. No other cars behind me or in front of me. Waited some more. Drove up to the pick up window thinking maybe the drive thru system was down. Hmm. Waited at the pick up window. Finally drove off. Again, good luck getting your order!

I wouldnβt recommend this location. I went inside about 7 PM and was told that the lobby was closed, but that I could order through the drive-through. I was hoping to eat inside, and this contradicts the hours posted on the door and online. I went through the drive-through and my hamburger was prepared correctly, but I was shorted on fries (bag about half full). I asked for more and they added a couple extra. For $12, I think I can do better elsewhere.

This location just need to be closed. How can you be that rude to people. There is no way possible that being rude get you service. How are you out fiery strawberry when the Burger King down the street have it. I com to this location because it convient for me. But I also look for great service if Iβm spending my money. The manager just goes along with whatever the cashier do itβs okay. Whatever i order is what i want if you are out of an item then cover your board up. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!

I went here at 7:51am this morning and the lobby was locked, so I went threw the drive thur and the order taker didnβt greet me, he said go head with your order, I told him I want the 2 for 3, French toast and soda, I asked him to cook them fresh and was told they are pre made, I told him it only takes 1:10 to cook them, then a lady came on the speaker and said do you want them or not in a very rude voice. This is very unacceptable to be that rude when Iβm spending my money at your business.
