The entire staff needs a customer service training. The drive thru receptionist is rude and when you go inside noone acknowledges you. Everything is done with an attitude but if you match their energy it's a problem. This location has been performing poorly for months you might even say years. The moral needs improving burgers with a attitude isn't what I'm paying for.

These reviews must be fake š I have NEVER been here and gotten the right order! Itās ever crazier that I get the wrong order because they make you pull up and wait. Iām waiting for the wrong order. No need and trying to take it back because they will give you the worst attitude.
I pass the one on Winchester to come to this one. Clean, good service, definitely worth the drive every time.

Itās been 30 minutes and I still donāt have my food yet. The staff are incredibly nice though. Just sucks that the system isnāt great. Maybe higher ups need to step in and help. I feel these people arenāt getting enough support

Worst customer experience in a while. Ridiculous priority over the drive thru. I watched 13 cars get their orders before 3 indoor customers got thereās. Employees are non-responsive to requests. Restaurant was dirty.

I decided to get the free cheeseburger š on national cheeseburger day yesterday. I had them to cook it fresh. It was very hot, fresh and tasted great. I have tried a lot on different places that serve hamburger's. Burger to me is still the king of burgers. The place was clean, employees friendly. Hats off to the burger king in hickory hill. Keep up the great job guys!!!
