My order is always wrong I literally only asked for cheese and extra onions on my whopper jrs (easiest order ever) they charged me for the cheese but forget the cheese and no onions at all like how ? it seems like the people in the grill area do not pay attention to making special orders, Also the ones at the cash register do not listen when people are placing orders I advise y'all start reading back orders cause there’s a miscommunication somewhere, y’all need to do better and train more this is literally the only Burger King that ALWAYS get my order wrong.

From The manager to the young gentalman, this Sunday 6/8/25....5pm...They were all so polite, kind derived a smile as well as fresh food. I had my 84yr old grand mom with me..And she was amazed that great customer service still exists...
Looks. Amazing long lines and staff has attitudes the lady with short hair. Was madd at me or something she cooked my fries for. 30 seconds and lifted them up I'm eating soggy fries I won't come back waist of time and lunch break 😔. Don't let u mess up o. What u wanted they gone have a attitudes
