One star is generous. This Burger King served food that tasted like it was fried in oil older than the concept of fast food itself. The fries were overcooked to the point of resembling dilapidated, poor extremities revolting to the taste, the order was incorrect, and to top it off, they failed to include the milkshake I paid for. The food that did arrive was cold, an impressive feat for something presumably cooked on site. If you value your time, money, or taste buds, avoid this place like the plague.

The service here is trash ?ď¸ My mother in the hospital so I came to this location to get us some lunch, big mistake. The Lady who took my order was nice and professional. The guy at the window whose cat got his tongue, was so rude, He didnât speak, didnât confirm my order, whenever I said thank he just frowned up, wouldnât open his mouth. The fries were warm, the burger was cold.Thatâs my experience, they wonât have worry about me, wonât be spending my hard earned money here again.

Last night, July 15, 2024, at 8:52pm we pulled up to the drive-thru. We were greeted with, "We are only taking Uber Eats and Door Dash orders because our systems are down." I said if you can take orders from Door Dash and Uber Eats you should be able to take my order? Long story short, meanwhile there are 3 or 4 employees having a social gathering in the lobby. They didn't allow us to place an order.

This is the only Burger King in Memphis I will go to. I have never been disappointed and I've only been twice. They are always professional, Have not served me cold food and my order is always right.
I order my chicken sandwich and it's all burn up and over powered the mayo. I couldn't go back because I was heading to work. I'm so upset. It was horrible
