The wait in the drive through was 20 min I was about to pull off . Then someone asked me how can they help me . Nothing like welcome to burger King you rule it was so getho at this location I will never go back to this location

If the store opens at 6, maybe you should have employees there before customers arrive at 6:20. We had to be at work at 7 so we had to do without breakfast because you couldn't do your jobs...

Only got a whopper with cheese. Somebody had already warm not to go to this location. But hey... Anyway whopper cold as the lettuce. Cheese sat on burger like it came straight out the cooler. Asked for it to be cut in half 3 times, still not cut. No one in drive through but still took almost 10 minutes. You would think it came straight off the broiler as long as it took. STRAIGHT TRASH!!

Made an online order, and when I went to pick it up, they said they had no food ready, as there was no cook and no manager. How could the earlier manager leave, if the relief crew wasn't there? Especially at 4 PM, right before rush hour and dinner rush? Hope they close because of their lack of service. I'll just go to another one.

Well, I think I've been here for the last time. This is the third attempt I have made to get a burger with no ketchup, every single time it has been loaded with ketchup which is awesome for me since I'm allergic to the dye.
Besides not speaking, the service is fine and kind of quick. But they can't manage to get the food correct. Not one time. Diet Coke instead of regular Coke, ketchup all over my stuff, wrong sauce. It's endless. Do yourself a favor, there's a McDonald's across the street.
After Willie was asked did he have it, he clearly did not. I ordered a fiery wrap and asked for honey mustard added. They gave me the smallest piece of chicken for the wrap and ot was cold because of the copious amounts of sauce that were added. I believe this may have happened in revenge to me wondering why if I ordered a water with my food I wasn't charged but instead brought a small cup with no lid to use cause it was free. I told him I ordered a water and you assumed I wanted a free one instead of asking. That's when I was brought my food and the pictures above is how much sauce I had to scoop out of wrap before I realized there was no point in eating it, and I wasn't given a receipt.
This is MY favorite Burger King loco. Always clean, they play chill music, the fountain machine actually works, and the ice cream and frozen drinks flow. From the meticulous landscaping to the thoughtful service this Burger King ? is royal aces. Fast food apps can be annoying but the Burger King app is constantly improving and is really worth it.

You’ll say thank you and they won’t even say a word to you. Just shove food at you and close the window. Just avoid. Should be closed down. Don't go is my opinion!! The bread on the breakfast biscuits have been hard as wood!!! What happened?? Years ago they were the best, but the only reason people work there is to get a paycheck. What happened to pride in the job you do?? No matter what you do, you should always do your best!! No matter the job or pay. That's how you get ahead and obviously these people will have problems in the future!!

Me and my sister went and got our kids something to eat. We each got the 2 whopper meals for $10 sandwiches where hot and made right . This is the only one ive gone to and Their icy machine was working so i got the cotton candy icy and the manager Fernando suggested to try it with the rich foam on top..... It was good ?
