This girl name Shakerah had bad customer service. I asked for nuggets with my whopper that had extra pickles and she didn’t put it on there. After I tried to make sure she put it on there. Then,she ain’t put extra pickles on my whopper like I asked but I already ate the sandwich. I had to order my nuggets after I received my whopper cause she lied bout adding the nuggets on. She was like 5’5, black, with a ponytail.

My mother went to this location this morning and the lady at the drive thru window was RUDE! My mother said her feelings was hurt because the lady hollered at her the entire time. My mother said this will be her last visit to this location because of the lady at the drive thru window. This is not her first visit; at the her last visit she encountered the same rude woman. Who is the manager? Why are they not dealing with this lady? I see others have complained about the same women with the braids. When are ya'll going to do something?

So my husband and i came to breakfast this morning and we didn’t know the crispy wrap ISNT on that morning menu but to make a long story short they have poor customer service skills, very unprofessional, rude, loud with the customer, speak over the customer while talking and they lost my business, now on the other hand I went to a different location and was well please with front counter , elbony , she needs to get a raise she is an excellent person and is patient and I will come this far if I have to I will never deal with the ghettos on frayser blvd

Trash attitudes. I've been coast to coast many times and have eaten at many places. The fast food restaurants in Memphis are some of the most saddest, trashiest, attitude ridden places I've ever had the pleasure of being served. They act as if every customer is a problem that needs to be dismissed immediately when we simply order food.But hey who really likes flipping burgers?

The day I went everything was fine other than they put lettuce on my children's chicken sandwiches after I said no lettuce. They have special needs and are very picky eaters. However I had to return because they forgot something off my order. Some young lady working the front end bagging orders was going back and forth with a customer. Child if your manager and other coworkers are telling you to go to the back just do it. There is no need to lose your job going back and forth with the young man.
