My husband I stopped at Burger King to get an early dinner we went in and took our food to go. Husband ordered the new brisket whopper Jr. Meal and I got an original chicken sandwich. The young lady taking our order up graded my husband's meal from the price showing on the board without asking. I don't understand this one unless they are getting commission from every upgrade they sale? It's the only thing I have came up with, but when we got the receipt and our food. I said while looking at our receipt we weren't charged the price of the meal on the board but for more..the young lady says you didn't want Medium? My husband says no but it's okay this time...he was in a good mood. And was hungry. So we left it like that. But as I write this review I'm not okay with this way of getting more money from the consumer everything is already high priced as is. And I've noticed in this area of the country it is the norm...our food once we arrived at our motel was great! Inside of the Burger King was clean. The people at the counter were very pleasant. just watch when you order the meals (Sandwich, fries and drink) which usually are small sized you see when ordering. Or you will be getting more both larger fries and drink at the higher price..

7/15/25: PLEASE FIRE THE MORNING SHIFT!!!!! From the start the female was interested in taking our orders as soon as we started ordering and requesting fresh food she said the system was down with too much attitude. Burger King you can do better or just close this location because it’s too early for this nonsense everytime I choose to come to this location it’s the same thing!

I ordered two fiery spicy chicken sandwiches combos add Swiss cheese to both sandwiches had pull to the other side and wait for my order the sandwiches was hot and fresh so when I made it home and my girlfriend said there was no Swiss cheese so I checked my sandwich and no Swiss cheese I called the store and man answered the phone telling me to bring it back once I drove all the way back he never said sorry or tried to compensate for the trouble with my order and I had to wait again

07/06/2025 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please TRAIN THESE FEMALES THAT ARE HIRED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE PROPER TRAINING!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! Please remind these females that the customers DID NOT I REPEAT DID NOT TELL THEM TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION TO WORK IN FAST FOOD. MORE TRAINING MORE TRAINING MORE TRAINING!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
This restaurant is either not open during regular hours or if they are open they are not operating. At 6:20 am in the drive thru we were just told they were not taking orders. This is everyday at this specific burger king. They need new management or need to be shut down
