My experience is ordering through the BK app. I have had at least one item missing.
Two days ago, my order never came. They lied and said it was delivered but it wasn't. I will never eat at this place again.
This BK 100% gave me food poisoning. About 12 hours after I ate here I was reeling with a nasty sickness that is very consistent with undercooked poultry or cross contamination. Since I got a chicken wrap that was suspect I am so sure it was here. The food was cold and not made right. Fries were hard and bread was stale. Employees were rude and they handed my food to the wrong customer who dug through the bag and then tried to hand the same bag to me when they realized. I might...read full review
