I used to work here. It was trauma inducing. Faith, the manager at the time, started cutting my hours, so I would quit sooner. And Oni, the general manager, supported it. They used the favoritism system. Anyone "cool" (the managers daughter and her friends, the general managers son) can use their phones, slack off, eat free, take multiple long breaks etc. But the "uncool" ( young adults with bills to pay) have to make up for their inability to work, have to beg for a raise, do the most manual labor and have to clock out before their shift ends. The managers are 50 year old moms who want their kids to be "work popular" while bouncing around on TikTok all day, doing nothing. Meanwhile, I have to leave my phone in the office because checking the time is "too distracting". I recently found out that the location burned down. I honestly hope they were in it. Faith and Oni should not be managing anything but their OnlyFans accounts.

To whom it may concern food is to expensive to be serving stale ass chicken nugget,fries,cold ass sandwich and water down slush. I asked how much was a triple whopper large meal through the drive thru window and the woman said so you want a number one and I was thinking I was getting a triple whopper meal because at every other Burger King I pay money extra to turn it into one then when I get to the drive thru it’s only a single patty whopper and the shift manager acts crazy saying you told me a number one and some of her co workers agree with her and back her up then one of the workers says if you pay me extra money I can make you a new sandwich then I say okay then afterwards yeah right and if you look at the reviews they have poor listening skills. Why do you think there’s not many customers? Look at all the reviews for this specific Bk.

Sandwiches were made wrong per ordered. Drive thru very slow. Why does the location on Summer Ave near Covington Pike not have walk in service anymore. Drive thru service sucks. Nothing you order is ever made as requested. There are never napkins and condiments in the bags

Didn't even get to order last night. They refuse to take any order because they didn't Have chicken fries. I wanted the 6 dollar whopper Meal. Went by just now to order some lunch, the dining room was closed. Went to the drive thru and they would not take more than one order, I had three orders. I work on Summer Ave and will NEVER go to Burger King on Summer Ave again.
