I use to order take out from Burger IM. I love their slider burgers. Theirs so many different varieties to choose from.
It was good, but nothing extravagant. Burgers were typical, nothing special. If I was in the area I would go back, but wouldn't make a special trip.
Delicious as always! I was a little disappointed that they changed out the house veggie burger for Impossible, but it was still yummy.
I was deceived the menu looked bomb... the food was not. My friends Greek burger was dry af. My grilled chicken burger was so un seasoned tasted more boiled...uggghhI gave two stars because they had one of those fancy pop machines and gave free refills.
This place needs help and not just staff help. When i went the other day for lunch they only had half of what was available on the menu. So i tried the dried-aged burger with onion rings. The onion rings were great but the burger was sad, it was over cooked and under seasoned. And at the time of visit it was slow so i expected a nice fresh cooked burger that was prepared better than that for the price i paid which was around $15 for the combo with small drink. Idont think ill be returning back at all. ? I couldve just went to cookout down the street if i wanted sad food but way cheaper i expect that from them. ??♂️
If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. Burger was completely raw, so thankful that look at it before I took a bite. I tried calling the company but not answer. By far the worse experience ever.
Wish I could post the pictures of this disguising mess that cost $20. Absolutely disgusting. I threw it away
$20+ for a 3 slider combo is insane. Hell you can go to slider inn which is much better tasting and a little cheaper. Staff was very nice though.
Burger was over cooked and dry. Just a dark grey inside. Onion rings were okay though.
Never ate the food, never will. Ordered for pickup and as I waited a man mentioned his food was overcooked - can he get a new one. Guy in the back came out and argued up and down about it, refused to fix it, he would be losing $5, if he wants a new one order a new one, and told him to *"Get out of my store."* I don't know about "women-led" if this guy owns it. I told him he can refund mine too if that's how he's going to run his business and walked out with the other guest. He didn't refund that man's money, I definitely didn't get my money back, and we both left empty handed. The ultimate screw-up in customer service. Ya gotta put your ego in your pocket. He could have fixed it and the man would have come back again. Now he's lost 2 customers, everyone who hears this word of mouth, and everyone who sees this and decides not to eat there. Go to Plant Based Heat two blocks down and have a warm experience and a mean burger.

I love supporting black owned businesses back when they first opened I was a proud customer there customer service was great, but after a few months come today I went in to order and was overcharged for my entire order. I will never be eating her again.
I have gone here for a couple years now to order their fries, at first it was a decent experience but after covid hit, it was never the same. The fries had changed shape but that wasn't an issue, until today when I went to order the same thing I usually get, it was half the size for the same price that I had been paying. The service isn't horrible but I do feel like the staff could act a bit more friendly.
Rhonda was super friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! Highly recommend!
Loved the food...and even though the burgers were smaller they got me full...
The burger was overcooked and I substituted the American cheese for cheddar which was correct however they decided that that meant I didn't want any of the other ingredients so there was only cheddar cheese on the burger. I gave it two stars because I think the underlying meat may have been good.
