It took way too long & the wait was because the guy at the window couldn’t figure out the credit card terminal. But he offered a bottled water as we’d been in line in the drive thru over 15 minutes trying to pay. Thankfully we were not in a time crunch. But he also offered us a dozen of variety cookies for the inconvenience!! That’s excellent customer service.

My first time going to this place. Great customer service and they serve fresh hot cookies and they were delicious. Oatmeal is my favorite and they had only I iced oatmeal delicious.

I happened to be riding along and decided to stop because I remembered seeing a story about these young men and their cookies. Well, I just want to say---I'm very proud of these young men because these cookies are SO DAMNED GOOD!!! I bought a variety pack and CANNOT decide which one is my favorite because they all were SO DAMNED GOOD! Keep 'em warm fellas, cause I'll be back??

First time going and I am so impressed. Everything was supetb! I told them that I was taking the cookies out of town to my family and they wrapped and boxed the cookies for me. My family and me loved the cookies and so did I. Butta Cookies know what they are doung. I will be a regular customer with them. Right now we can't pick a favorite cookie because we love them all?

It was like a 15 minute wait they just sold out of all the butter cookies so we decided for a mix of three chocolate chocolate chip lemon and strawberry worth the wait Im coming back for the butter cookies

So blessed to see these two young brothers are in business and working for a living, while attending school, and uplifting the community. May they both prosper and be in good health. In the name of Jesus.

The slogan for these cookies should be "So good, they piss you off!" I was wondering why people's faces looked angry as they ate these delicious cookies. After one bite, my face frowned up because they were that dang good! I'm from Chicago, and we know butter cookies. THESE are the real deal!!

Some of the best homemade cookies I've tried in a while. I'm staying supportive of these young men.

The customer service was top tier, and it smelled so good. Our cookies were fresh and warm. For 12 cookies, the box was really heavy!
