Cache 42 Kitchen & Cocktails

We went here for my birthday. They were out of most things that we ordered. They brought our food out at different times. Most of us were done eating by the time the last guest got there food. Our lamb chops were over cooked and not at the medium temp we requested. They carded you more if you use a credit card than if you paid in cash. I will never go back.

Definitely a vibe, I came when it was still as a restaurant and after awhile saw It was transitioning to the night life lounge/ club the waitress I had was very nice, I will return on my next trip to Memphis. The only complaint would be the speed of service, after ordering a few drinks took awhile to receive.

I went out last night to celebrate my birthday, and it was incredible! The venue is perfect for both dates and outings with friends. The drinks were fantastic, and I had the oxtails over rice, which was delicious. Our waitress, Takiyla, was wonderful and provided great information about the menu. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

My girlfriend and I first time eating here, we enjoyed ourselves. Food was good, we got the jumbo fried shrimp, and the 42 Steak Pasta. The vibes around the restaurants was very good. Our waitress Aerial was kind and made sure we had everything in place for us to enjoy our time spent and Cache 42!

Went for my birthday w/ friends and really enjoyed ourselves. Great music, great strong drinks, food delicious, just a whole vibe. I've been here a few times but I can say this time was the best!!! Will be back again!!!

The atmosphere was cool, but that’s about all. Hostess = Rude
Waitress= Dry, lacked knowledge
Kitchen = Terrible

A group of 6 had their meals brought out one by one approximately 20 minutes apart (we wanted to eat together), well one person never received her food. Drinks were good, but this place is decorated too nice & overpriced to have such bad service & gross food. Don’t let the photos fool you, they fooled me.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our server was fantastic, even though the bar was not stocked. We ordered a different drink, which was great. Lighting was super bright and not intimate. We had made reservations but unfortunately had to leave soon after getting there due to an emergency.

Artist (Sadiq) to Artist (Moneybagg Yo)...support a great Black-owned business.

Great reputation, great food, great vibe.

For the amount of money we paid, it wasn’t worth it. One of the people in my party didn’t eat cheese and wasn’t able to exchange their food, my sisters steak was well done instead of medium well and they didnt accommodate her, someone had tomato in their food and was allergic. The atomosphere was nice but they don’t put customer service first. It was an absolute mess.

Horrible Horrible!! Reservation was 4pm we were seated at 408pm 5:45pm no food !!!

Asked for hookah at 420pm 5:40pm no hookah

The service was awesome, the atmosphere was great and the food was oh so good. The cook and the manager are headed for greatness. I recommend that anymore should go try it themselves. I had lamb chops, oxtails and mashed potatoes OMG the best.???

They fry the lamb and lobster on same batter it wasn’t intriguing at all was so disappointed this was valentines night but I took my son on a Sunday night we had fried lamb so that’s how i know

I came in for a vibe and wasn’t disappointed AT ALL!!! Mumu made a hookah that was top tier!! I will definitely be back to try the food because I only got full off the drinks lol.

This was the worst experience I have had, myself and 5 others made reservations to eat there and enjoy the vibe. The host had a nasty attitude, the food was not only nasty but they brought out each one of our meals to us one by one and at least 15 mins apart from each other . We could not even eat together as a group. On top of that I put the tip on each one of tabs, when the service was horrible. Visiting from out of town I would really expect more from This business. It has so much potential but then workers will run thus business into the ground . I will never go back there nor will I suggest it to anyone
