The food is really good. Back of the house is friendly. It is a nice place to dine. This should be a 5 star review. And I will take good food and bad service and still come back.
But my God. Service here is brutal. The last time I had to hunt down the server to pay our bill. She was in the far back sitting talking to the manager. Both of them disintrested in my desire to pay. The server never got up. The manager finally said here I will take that. Ran it ..handed me the receipt. Returned to conversing with the still sitting server.
I get people need breaks. But the restaurant was nearly empty. Anyways. We tried a few times in our quest to find a go to restaurant on our way home. Sadly, this was not it.

This is a cute place. The food is good and it's priced like a very fancy restaurant. Cute and cozy inside but also VERY LOUD, cramped. And I'm sorry but the wait staff when we have been is just not trained to the level they should be for this price point, especially given how LOUD it is in this restaurant. They mean to close EXACTLY on time meaning while they are still open and you are eating your meal they will SPRAY toxic surface cleaner over adjacent tables - it will waft into your face, over your food and dessert and ruin what might have been a nice meal. Some great attentive staff but not enough attention given to training all staff properly. It only takes one poorly trained barback/waitress to ruin what would have been a nice $300 meal.

Great food, great service, and then the table next to us left, and a server began vigorously spraying cleaner on the table, WHOOSH over us and our food. Ruined everything. It's ultimately a management problem: trained this way, or no manager notices. Horrible.

This is one of our go-to’s in midtown. Food is always good, no matter what you order. We typically order the ravioli and crab cake as an appetizer, which never fails to impress. I almost always get a burger, which is hard to describe, it’s what you want out of a restaurant burger, but substantial like a home cooked burger. My wife swears by the onion soup. Everyone is friendly, our waitress Sarah is really good people. Look forward to coming here every time and have never been disappointed.
Also, great date night. Grab a burger and watch old movies at the bar. Coolest spot.
Oh and get the fries, they are what a McDonald’s fry should taste like.

Overall, this is a very good restaurant and the service is really personable and great. I enjoy coming here with friends on a Friday evening after work to unwind and have a couple cocktails with a meal. My only complaint is that you still have to make reservations by the phone, and you can't make them online like other restaurants.

The burger was good, but the goat cheese ravioli was stellar.

This was, unfortunately, a very bad dining experience. Started with a Caesar Salad, which was supposed include an olive tapenade. When the salad arrived it was very small, especially for an $11 salad, and there was no olive tapenade. When I asked the server about the tapenade, she said it was “mixed in with the dressing”. It absolutely was not.Next was the Pork Medallions, which is supposed to be pork tenderloin cut into, you guessed it, medallions. What came out was a very thin and over cooked bonesless pork chop, cut into strips, and covered in pepper. When I asked the waitress why I got a pork chop instead of medallions she said “You don’t think those are medallions?” I politely said medallions are circular and these are strips. I didn’t even get into them being a completely different cut of meat. She just looked at me for a second and said “I guess I can tell the chef.”Usually there is a silver lining that will make me give a place another chance after a bad first impression, but honestly the food has no redeeming qualities and I have interest in returning.
This was my first time here and it was perfect. I didn’t get the bartenders name but she was stellar. And made perfect recommendations on dessert! I will be back.

I am sad. This was my go to restaurant. The last three times were very disappointing. Food quality and quantity are subpar and over priced. I gave the place one last try before marking it off my places to go. Not going back.
