Whites only vibes. Tuesday night stroll, very uninviting staff literally no one in the bar and service was unattentive at the bar.

Ate here last night and was not impressed. Side salad is $4 on the menu but $6 on the bill. That salad was in a dish smaller than a cup. Charged $1 for hot sauce for catfish. Food was ok but the place was empty. After I got the bill I know why.

My husband and I ate at Cooper’s for the first and last time last night. First of all, it was a Saturday night and they were not busy. I should’ve taken that clue and ran. Our female server was the worst. She spoke to us twice, once to get our drink order & a second time for the food order. That was it. She never asked if we had everything we needed, if the food was OK, if we needed more drinks, nothing.. I had to find another server to get the ranch I’d requested for my sandwich that she never bothered to bring out. The food was OK, but not the greatest. Beware, my husband ordered a mocktail and it was a tiny drink that cost $10. Ridiculous! I don’t see how this place can stay in business for very long. I would give the service zero stars, but it wouldn’t allow that.

I visited here with brother for the first time and it was great the atmosphere was very lively, it wasn't crowded and the service was really good. The food was great and I was very surprised by the size of the chicken wings, they were twice the size of what you would get at any other type of restaurant/bar and I was very impressed. The in-house sauce and house made chips were excellent together. I highly recommend stopping by here and I look forward to coming back very soon.

I had such high hopes for Coopers. We went at 12:20 on Saturday, two tables of people only was the first clue. The menu doesn’t have prices. The margarita was about 8oz and $10. The burgers are smash burgers so very thin…the server told us we would probably want to get two patties, I did not. My burger was $6 and comes with mustard, pickle, and onion which wasn’t a bad price. I changed to ketchup and mayo and was charged $1 each for ketchup and mayonnaise so my burger ended up being $8 and wasn’t as good as the Sonic smasher! I won’t be going back.

My wife and I are new to Memphis and stumbled upon Cooper’s while exploring a new neighborhood — and we’re so glad we did! The space is huge inside with plenty of seating, plus a nice outdoor area that feels perfect for groups. They even had live music, which added a great vibe to the evening.
Our server was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The menu has a wide variety of options, and everything we ordered was delicious. We also loved that they had a few outdoor games, which gave it an extra fun, relaxed feel.
Whether you’re looking for a spot to hang out with friends, bring a group, or enjoy a laid-back date night, this place checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice addition to the Cooper Young area. Good food, service and vibe. Took my daughter for an early dinner but need to grab a few drinking buddies and go back for the beer bong...

Smash Burgers and Chicken Strips - which are more like half a breast per strip! They were good. The dipping sauce is spicy!
