My party ordered the seafood tower. When it came, the seafood was barely warm. We spoke to the waiter who called over the manager. The manager could see that most of the seafood – calamari, oysters, etc. – was uneaten on our plates and much of it still left on the tower. He reluctantly agreed to bring us a fresh one, but when the second tower came, it was less than half the size of the first one and the seafood was hard. We are thoroughly convinced that he took the leftover food on the tower. He heated it up so that it was too hard and then served it as a skimpy second tower. It was extremely disappointing. I would not go back. By contrast, Chez Philippe in the Peabody was lovely and the service was excellent. It was a terrific experience by contrast with what happened at Capriccio.

Stayed at the Peabody and ate here for lunch and dinner the last day of our vacation. Food and service were "spot on". Atmosphere was just as pleasing.

The steak was delicious, served hot and cooked as ordered. The salad was subpar. The server and hostess barely spoke and the service was overall poor. Lack of friendly service affected our overall experience. Clean restaurant.

Food was not very good. It's Fine dining and it felt like we were sitting in a cafeteria. The atmosphere was extremely dull and boring. Service was ok not terrible but we will not return to this restaurant as the entire experience was less than mediocre.

We had dinner reservations for 5:00pm. We ordered a glass of wine and the minestrone soup and bread. The soup arrived barely lukewarm. The wine was not great. We never received the bread basket. Service was poor. We emptied our water and no one came to check on us after the food was delivered until the bill was delivered. The restaurant was empty except for our table and 2 others. There seemed to be no excuse for our neglect. We had reservations for 2 other nights which we canceled after our first impression.

Stopped by for a light lunch after a morning at the zoo - my husband and I split the featured burger and fries. Everything came to the table piping hot and our lovely server had already cut the burger in half for us. The fries were deliciously crispy and not overly salty. Service was attentive and friendly, the café itself is comfortable and clean. A very nice compliment to a very fun morning!

It took a while to get service but once I did it was exceptional! My steak was cooked perfectly and was flavorful. The desserts were amazing and cocktails mixed to perfect portions. It was worth walking through a rainstorm to get there.
This place was great the waitress was knowledgeable and knew about everything ! Awesome food !! Everything was perfect !! And the waitress was soo attentive and place was very clean

When we booked it asked for any special requests. I stated we had a few vegetarian's eating with us. When we got to table and asked about options it felt like very obvious options. Like salad and a pasta. The feel prior felt like fine dining and our experience was not that at all. Waited to be asked for drinks and never was asked again. Very unimpressed.

there wasn’t an italian in the wait or cooking staff and it showed. the calamari was terrible, the restaurant charges customers for bread and the food was not authentic italian. The Peabody should be ashamed. they can do far better for their clientele. two men at an ajoining table walked out due to service.

Staff were nice enough but not well trained. Little things did not reflect the “steakhouse” prices. Food was ok but nothing great by any means.
