They did me right. The Mgr at the front counter was polite and helpful. They were extremely busy but it still only took a couple minutes to get my order. And tha food was on point. Everything was made fresh and delicious.

Better than what you might expect. Came in at 1:00 pm on a Friday. For a chain that has a standardized menu, the differences that make this location well above average is the age of the building, location and quality of the employees. Wasn’t very busy inside, but the drive through was rolling steady. Music that would appeal universally to any crowd was a good choice. In the future if I had a jones for fish, I’d drive past the closer location about a mile further in Memphis.

Captain D's advertises that they apologize for the wait, but they ate preparing your food fresh. However, the fish was luke warm at best, and very greasy. The fries were limp from sitting under the heat lamp, and the hush puppies were tough from sitting too long. I've definitely had better from them.
