This was my first time there and will 100% be my last! I eat out 4-5 days a week and have never have an experience like this! I won’t get into what she looked like but she waddled outside rather quickly while screaming profanities at the top of her lungs while I was driving away! This was absolutely crazy! I would have to guess she’s on some type of drugs by the way she was acting or just acting out in front of the other co workers or something like a prank or a joke… I’m telling you I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life and I’m just about 50 yrs old. Absolutely Shocked!!!

I left this Captain D’s very disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the employees showed no hospitality — no greeting, no smile, and not even basic eye contact. It made me feel unwelcome, as if my presence was a burden rather than appreciated.
The lack of customer service continued throughout my visit. When it came time to leave, I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to ask for a bag. Instead, I had to wrap my food in paper towels to take it home. That should never be the experience a paying customer has.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. A warm greeting and basic courtesy go a long way in creating a positive dining experience. Right now, this location gives the impression that guests are not valued, and that’s something that needs to change.
My visit was exactly on Tuesday 9/16/2025 at 3:45PM if you need to see specifically who was scheduled on Drive-Through. Smaller girl.

I have started coming back here this year since years ago. I had a bad experience. They have a new crew and I look forward to my visit. Only 1 time this year did I have a visit that could have been better. I came this past Saturday with my husband. We ate inside. The food was freshly dropped and prepared. Mr. Brandon was on the register and the drive through at the time. He was very patient with us. We ordered a little over $35 worth of food. And I took a bag of ice to go. The crew is always nice and friendly. My favorite lady is the dark skinned manager. I believe her name is Ms Kennedy !!! Latasha was there giving us a wonderful experience Saturday. Ms Kia was also there providing a smile and customer service. Thank you for the little things you do inspire of your own personal challenges to serve others. May you receive 100 fold. Blessings and Grace be with you all. I love it here !!! The food is so good I can’t post the photos here… It’s not greasy and it’s always hot.

They did me right. The Mgr at the front counter was polite and helpful. They were extremely busy but it still only took a couple minutes to get my order. And tha food was on point. Everything was made fresh and delicious.
