Stood in the lobby 10 minutes and never was greeted or asked about why I'm standing in tge lobby. After waiting another 20 minutes for my online order I asked for ketchup and tartar and wat told it's in the bag. I have 12 pieces of fish and 3 tartar sauce also 0 ketchup! Turns out I didn't need tartar because the fish is old and inedible. I called 4 times to get it fixed but there was no answer

I’m not a fast food restaurant type guy, but I admit I do like little Captain D’s from time to time so I happen to be in Memphis and Saul one here on summer Avenue and decided to go inside and eat and the lady by the name of Annie, who was running the show never seen such hustle and professionalism and taking care of the customer thank you no thank you yes sir no sir getting people in and out. I happen to die in so how long was my experience grade but just listened to her as I was sitting there, dealing with all the customers that came in and out of the place, top-notch professionalism is professionalism, and that woman Annie displays that!!

I will change this review if the food turns out to be good, however, I’m sitting in the drive-through line and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes and none of the cars have moved. What’s going on in there? There’s only three cars in line doesn’t make sense
Came through the drive thru ordering was really easy especially since I already knew what I wanted, they do offer you something before you place your order i did decline, the lady was sweet, and straight to the point quickly, even asked what condiments I'd need for meal, the order was correct and fresh so they a 5 star in my book
