HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is horrible also! It took 20 minutes for them to take my order because someone was on the phone! The FRIED okra taste boiled, the fish is soggy and the atmosphere gives Cracker Barrel! I highly recommend you coming here if you want to see Jesus the same day, my stomach is in shambles!😞
Then….. the shaved head manager gone tell me I can only refill my tea cup twice but she’ll work with me lol I then explained to her that’s not a policy and to give me my tea. Lol National guards get here and yall put yall life on the line for anything lol captain ds Insuance is not dat good 🤣

Fish , fries, and hush puppies were cold and not fresh. I also observed a small bug in my box. The customer service from a manager and the guy that was working the drive thru at the time was very poor.
Very displeased with my experience with this location. We ordered two meals and they gave us 3 and the whole order was wrong. We also had stuff missing. When we contacted the store directly, the acting manager told us that she was the one that made the order and refused to believe it was wrong. Then she proceeded to tell us to not eat the food and to bring it back the next morning so they could remake our food. She also laughed at us when we told her this was an inconvenience for us at 10pm. Upon observing the food we noticed multiple layers of batter on the fish where they had redipped and recooked it. I don’t know how their ratings keep going up because this place needs to be shut down. They’re either removing comments or paying someone to leave positive reviews. This is insane.

Ordered a few meals to go. Got home, order was completey wrong. Called the store, which had just closed. The manager, who claimed to make the order, told me to not touch the food and bring it back up the next day to get the correct order. They then proceeded to laugh when I told her the inconvenience she put me in at 11pm having to scramble to get dinner together. After looking at the fish and breaking it in half, you could tell that it was old fish just re-dipped and re-fried. There was literally a layer of old fried batter and a layer of new greasy fried batter. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. You could tell they just threw some food together to get people out cause they wanted to lock up and leave as quickly as possible on a Saturday night. Just pathetic.

The food was fresh but disgusting. Bland fish and shrimp with absolutely no flavor. Serving portions were poor. Slightly over cooked fries. Didn't include condiments that were requested.
