Captain D's on Union is a mixed bag. Weekdays at lunch offer hot, fresh food and great service, but Sundays can be disappointing with droopy fish and stale fries. Some employees, like Caitlyn, provide amazing customer service, making customers feel welcome and appreciated. Recently, customers reported that their food was hot and well-prepared, with one mentioning the Grilled White Fish with lemon pepper seasoning as better than expected, especially when paired with steamed broccoli and rice. While the building may give the impression of a failed Long John Silver's, the service remains a highlight.
