Terrible customer service.. Jamyla…that took my order at the window today was speaking over me with a rushed toned asking “anything else” as if she was irritated. I had to wait an additional 7 mins for my food to come out just for it to be burnt and stale!!!!!! The fish was burnt, my breadstick was extremely burnt and my broccoli with cheese was stale. I do not recommend this location or the crew working on 10/18/25 at 4:00pm.

This is ridiculous. I'm at this location. The girl working the window is RUDE. I spoke she didn't. I asked for a sauce, she closed the window and didn't say anything until she gave me my order and said have a nice day. Just close all the locations since your company can't find pleasant workers.

I ordered the special fish and chicken. I asked for the fish to be cooked country. I'm glad I check my food before I pull off. The fish wasn't cooked country and the tender was so small, it was ridiculous. I asked for my money back. The girl said they would cook my fish country and find a bigger piece of chicken. Well, the fish was country, but the same piece of tender was in the box with another piece of tender just as small. I should have followed my first mind and went to Tops bbq. I have no more energy for Captain D's. The location on Covington Pike customer service is HORRIBLE and this location is pitiful. Again, your employees need some Chick-fil-A training all across the board. Don't give me anything you wouldn't want yourself. You would feel the same way.
