Hello on yesterday I visited the store which was Valentine’s Day the young lady in the drive thru name is Jahmiya , her attitude is crazy . I pulled up to order she’s rushing my order and getting smart as well I pulled up to the drive thru and ask her if she’s having a bad day ? She procedded to keep getting smart and the neck rolling . The food wasn’t fresh as , well please have more mannerisms in the drive thru please you never know what people are going through!

CAPTAIN D’S there is no reason why this restaurant should be serving customers like you do! I DoorDash an order I took my time look over what I wanted the dasher didn’t just take an order he was given it yall so foul that it makes no since how in the world does a seafood platter costing more than a 3 piece catfish combo compare this shows me y’all don’t care just making a sale every single time I order from here it’s messed up unless I’m in store and looking at my order before I leave but drive thru you got fool tagged on your head and Uber DoorDash your got stupid fool tagged on you period!! I ordered a seafood platter this what you gave my dasher

Drive thru order. I ordered the spicy fish sandwich with cheese. I'm used to having to wait on the fish,no big deal. Now I know what their spicy fish sandwich taste like,but this was ridiculous. It was spicy,as a matter of fact,it had absolutely NO TASTE whatsoever. I believe it was old. I took 2 bites and threw the rest out. 12.00 wasted. I'll stick with ehe Bartlett and Covington Pike location. Their spicy fish sandwiches are always on point.

I recently visited Captain D's and I have to say, the food was incredibly fresh. It tasted like they didn't drop it in the fryer until I ordered, which made a huge difference. I wasn't in a hurry, so I appreciated the quality. I just wanted a quick bite to share with my family, and the sample was more than enough for two people, complete with two sides. The flavors were fantastic and really stood out. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful seafood, I'd definitely recommend giving Captain D's a try. PS they have us a drink which was gone by the time we ordered. I just wish they could have given a refill ( long wait). They said no, I'm sure they refill dine in.

Manager KJ is literally the BEST! He fixed my issue with no problem no attitude and very professional he understood and got my food recooked immediately!! He went above and beyond from phone conversation to in person interaction he is EXACTLY who you would want to represent your store!! Heck it should be his store!!!! Online say they closed@12 midnight....my husband order 3 piece fish plate@10:25...the fish was old as the cashier's mama....fish already made...dropped back down in grease to make it hot it was dark meaning not fresh, cole slaw was smelly and I got a very small severing of fries that was also cold & old....they give paying customers old & cold food why the spouses, family & friends who ain't paying get fresh, hot cooked food! My 2nd & last time eating there!???
