I just left the drive through window 6/23/25. 1:50 pm. Whoever management is for this location, please get the young lady with the red long braids out of the drive through. She has no good customer service at all. When she opened the window, she said the amount. I said, how are you doing. She said ok. When she gave me my food, she didn't say anything and just closed the window. Maybe you all are just hard up for anyone to work because that is ridiculous. Please do better

I work at the hospital close by, this is the ONLY spot I can go to on lunch get hot food, and get back in time to clock back into work. The cashiers are not always nice but my food is always nice! And you don't have to beg for napkins or condiments.

Just ordered food from the drive thru. Everything we ordered was old and nasty. The fish,the bread,the fries,the corn. Will not return. Will not return. Even though this location is closest to my home. I will travel to the Bartlett location where the food is fresh.

I visited here last week I accidentally gave the girl at window a 20 I thought I gave her a 5 I'm sure she pocketed my 15 supervisor told me the person running the store was gone give me a call & never did I asked can cameras be ran back they gave me the run around never called or anything I could or called police to run cameras back but she assured me they was gone look into it & never did

The workers are overworked and understaffed...I'm assuming underpaid as well...This location needs to hire more staff because they arelosing customers... it's no way a store can function successfully with one person running the cash register and the food...please hire more people...Before you loose all your clients to the Bartlett location 🙄 ... Also I asked for a crispy fish and shrimp meal spicy with an extra piece a fish with double broccoli with cheese... Only to get cold old shrimps and old fish that was refried and almost burnt...I'm just saying this gotta stop...
This was the 1st time.visiting this location that I got everything I paid for in about 6 months. I am an independent contractor so I'm on the go and I have about 3 clients in this area. I like their fish over other choices in the area, but having to turn around because something isn't in the bag is frustrating especially when i tip. Especially when you didn't have a lot of time to begin with. But maybe it's getting better, my bag was complete this time.

I asked for a side of cracklin abs was told they were out. I said I would pay for a side to get them and was told they were free but they were out. I know it's just the crunchy bits left after frying and am VERY disappointed that I couldn't get them even after saying I would pay. Being told you're out even though it's not something you order was upsetting. I have been craving your food but especially the cracklin. This isn't the first time this has happened. Makes me really miss long John silvers and makes me second guess returning to Captain D.
