I went yest around 1 ish pm & ordered 2 fish & fries. My fish was hot but not as hot as has been & the 2 pieces was the sz of what 1 piece normally is The fries were limpy & cold. Hushpuppies were good. The meal didn't look appealing @ all. I believe in customer service & the cashier was friendly but the food was sorry as sin! When I was getting my ordered I asked if my food was hot as I was in drive thru line quiet some time. Sorry I went & will NOT return!!!

We stopped by to get lunch as we were starved, and both wanted Caotain Ds. One thing i can say is when you want Captain Ds, you want Captain Ds and you. You def dont want to be disappointed when it's not up to par!! Guess what?! The employees at the Captain did not disappoint. The food was so so so good! We ordered the 3pc fish dinner and the fish piping hit and crisp and delicious. The cole slaw was creamy crunchy and fresh, the green beans hot and seasoned very well. It was good!! The young lady who took our orders were so delightful. She gave us lollipops and followed by a "Hapi Halloween" and that def made our day! Yep we'll be back!!
Vegetarian options: Captain Ds has plenty of veggie sides for vegetarians.

I visited the Captain D's on Perkins Road today. The outside was clean including the landscape. The store was clean, neat including the lobby. The cashier that took my order was very friendly. I ordered the two piece fish ?, Fries ?, hush puppies. The food was hot ? and fresh, it tasted great, it was a great visit.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.

The prices for the food was great. Captain D's is a great place to eat with a variety of menu choices. My food was well prepared and the service at the window was pretty good the young lady was very polite and respectful. She greeted me with a warm greeting as I placed my order and again at the window. Made me want to go back around just to see if I would get the same kind of greeting.

I came through the drive-thru and tried to order two of the two-piece fish dinners with fries and slaw clearly advertised for $5.99When I got to the window to pay I gave her my card and got my card and receipt back and was charged $11 and received one two-piece fish meal with fries and slaw. I kept sitting there and I spoke to the lady and was patient thinking it's just a misunderstanding. She took my card and the manager came back and then gave me a voided receipt and told me it was on her. No charge. Give me the original two piece meal back. I kept sitting there waiting for my second two-piece meal. After a few minutes the lady taking orders came back and I explained to her I was still waiting for the other meal. She asked for my card went back in the window and then proceeded to charge me for two two-piece fish dinners for a total of over $20At this point I left with my receipt.So I didn't get what I asked for for what was advertised and also still got charged for the original meal and overcharged. The food was terrible. This is beyond unacceptable.
