Great food, great staff, restaurant was a little older and, "well used" and could use a little updating but still a nice place....

Please watch out for that manager Clifton. He’s slick and will double charge you especially if you’re using any type of card. I see the previous reviews were right. Honestly watch all of them when paying for your food via card. If they say “Oh it declined” check you bank account right then and there. From my experience when a payment is declined the screen will tell you declined and it didn’t in my case. If I didn’t check the account then I would’ve been double charged. They will especially get you with split payment, if you’re paying with cash -and card or 2 cards. I gave the young lady $23 in cash and $9.97 was supposed to be my remaining balance for the card payment. Instead of typing $9.97 in their system to come off of my card she typed in $23. These people are sketchy, please be careful.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! You've been officially WARNED! When using your card PLEASE pay very close attention after you pay for your food. They (Clifton and another young lady) will tell you that your card has declined the payment when that's not true. It was an incident 1st with Clifton and the GM lied about how long Clifton had been working there stating that he'd only been working there for about 6 months as to explain why the misunderstanding of card payment happened. After reading another review where another customer had a bad experience with Clifton YEAR AGO (and this is 2024) speaks volumes about the GM Rico like was it necessary to lie? Honestly, before leaving make sure you check your bank transactions while there to clear any wrong dealings up right then and there and by all means PLEASE keep your receipt. So far I've only found one young man to appear honest and good at heart.... Lastly read the reviews of other customers and judge wisely before going so you'll know ahead of time what's going on and what to look out for. For myself after reading the reviews (late), I'm going to try another location. Also, try not to do a split payment of any kind like 2 different card payments or cash and card, because they will keep the cash and put that amount as payment on your card especially if the amount is larger in cash. And customers ALMOST never pay attention to it on their bank transactions history. Being that this has been an ongoing problem with Clifton he should've been fired by now, but instead they've made him a Manager Ugh!!! The audacity

This location I waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes and still the drive thru line hadn’t moved up . The line wasn’t long . Two cars ahead and it was like they would take one order . Have you pull up to wait and then have the next person wait at the drive through waiting to order for another 10 minutes. Ridiculous and poor customer service. Skill up your employees for the fast food industry. Hire more people or close this location. The worst.
The wait for placing your and receiving your food is downright ridiculous. I waited for 20 minutes to place my order, pulled forward and waited another 5 minutes only to be told that they didn’t have any spicy fish ready. I fell asleep several times in line, forgot my drink and accepted the L.?

The fish is very salty like the first but all I tast is salt.like I had to scoop the inside out to get to he fish out because the outside is salty

Just left and I ordered the deluxe seafood platter no hush puppies add breadstick also ordered the chicken and fish meal w/ no hush puppies add breadstick. I was asked to pull around front and wait. I did that and waited over 15 minutes. I get home and there's no breadstick. No bread at all. Please ensure whatever the customer order is inside the bag after waiting.

I went to the drive thru, great cust serv when placing the order & paying for it! The food was much better than another 1 much closer to my house! Will definitely return & hope u enjoy it as much as I did! The guy working there told me penny Hardaway eats there & doesn't go to other capt d's!

I don't like to write negative reviews, and as bad as the service and food were today I still will not write about how rude the employees were or that the music was so loud the cashier and had trouble hearing each other. I was hoping at the very least to be able to say something good about the food. I will say that the restaurant was clean.
Dietary restrictions: There is a grilled option if you do not like fried food.
