I didn't go in but the young lady that was at the drive thru was very polite I brought the 10 piece family meal everything was still hot when I made it back to the hospital

I ordered online. We had to wait through the entire line of cars to pick up our order. The lady at the window handed us a large bag of food and walked away. She did not say a word to us. Anyway, we get the food home and of course it's cold. My husband's order was wrong. I would think by ordering online there would be less errors. We warm up what we can. Pretty much disappointed at this point. We eat maybe half and toss the rest. I think we'll skip Captain D's next time we want seafood. So very disappointed.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION!!! Fasting for Lent and ordered fish and shrimp at the drive-thru, which cost me $11.00. Once I got home I found my food to be only half-cooked, both the fish and shrimp and my rice was stale. They wouldn't want food that is not cooked all of the way through so why would you sell that to someone else? I've worked all day and don't have the energy to take it back but I won't spend anymore money at this spot.

My food looks good but the bread batter or fish teases like it's bad. I got this delivered from Doordash, it was warm but it tastes off. I caked the manager & all he could do is make up excuses. They should check it for themselves.

When you walk in nobody greets you. Nobody lets you know they'll be with you in just a second you just stand there and wait and then when they're ready to walk up to you. The food that I got was incorrect. And the fish was not fresh I've been to plenty of Captain D's and this one just does not

My fries were cold and hard. I felt like I was eating fries from yesterday. It was disgusting. The fish was OK. The chicken was hard over cooked. The hush puppies were hard over cooked. The corn was half hard and dry.

Every time I've enjoyed this restaurant, the service is friendly and fast and the food is hot, quick and accurate.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Captain D's, but my wife loves it. We were on our way home so I pulled into the drive-thru to treat her. She ordered the combo of fish and garlic shrimp, rounding out the meal with corn and cole slaw. She was very pleased with her meal. Gotta say that the guy handling our order was on the ball, making sure of our condiment choices and moving us quickly along; very friendly, also.
