Update! The manager Tiunte Finley contacted me and offered a logical possible reason for the different taste and smell of the fish. I may received that fish instead of the catfish. This is my first bad experience with the location. Most importantly they care enough to make it right. Ms Finley offered me a refund or new meal although Uber refunded me. That’s great customer service!

We ordered an Ultimate Platter, drove back to our RV with one quick stop at Arby’s for a milkshake for my wife. The food was disgusting. Cold, tough, bad taste, and inedible. Tossed it in the trash.

Me and my husband has not been at a Captain D's for years and we just went to this location and the staff was not friendly as well as the first was cooked good and the fries was cooked to hard.I was attempting to speak to the Manager but it was a few people in line so we got home to call with know answer.I guess we will not be back!!!

I literally just left. I placed an order for three (3) 5.99 meal deals, and order of mozzarella sticks, and an order of bread sticks. It was only when I got home I realized I only received two (2) of the meals. I attempted to contact the store several times but no one ever answered the phone to voice my issue. I'm too tired to drive back to the store.
Other than that everything was hot and freshly cooked.

I haven't been in a very long time because the portions of food has gotten smaller and prices went up. The only reason why I went this time is because in memory of my dad's birthday. He loved food from this restaurant. My siblings and I, along with his brother picked up Captain D's food for his birthday 8/11/15. We had a small birthday celebration for him. Unfortunately, that was the last time he was able to at least taste it. It was nothing bad about the food; the food was delicious! He had trouble swallowing his food because he was receiving radiation treatments, he had lung cancer. He passed away the following year - a little over a month before his birthday.

This was my first time visiting this location and I definitely don't want to go there again! My husband and I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before any one came to take our order and I knew that they seen us standing there,there were a lady doing the drive Thru and another guy standing beside her doing nothing. he finally came to the register and his attitude was terrible. he overcharged me .69 cents for a upgrade for a lemonade that I didn't ask for or recive.he said that our food would be right out which was a lie.the fish tasted like it was cooked in old grease the hushpuppies looked like nuggets,the dinning room needed some one to clean the tables we had to clean our own.and if could get any worse the people that was on duty were using to much fowl language to be working in a business with costumers present.no respect at all.they could have been using that energy to clean the dinning room.! !

The staff is friendly and the food always comes out fresh. Sweet tea is available most of the time, and the drink machines work. Everything is well stocked. I switch between the regular and spicy fish from time to time.
